We lived at 1579 Sandhill and had mold problems close to our moveout date. I'm not surprised considering the house is made of concrete but in the contract it talks about how mold is the tenants responsibility. They definitely know its a problem...

TERRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My family moved into one of their houses and they have always been rude. They decided to evict us after our swamp cooler leaked due to wear and tear, the ceiling caved in and after it was fixed we were given 15 DAYS!!! to move out. This was not possible so luckily they gave us an extention. Do not sign a lease without carefully reading over it!

our family friends were living in one of their houses. they were already constantly being harassed by this company. however, when they got a LICENSED EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL, the harassment got worse!!! their emotional support animal is just the sweetest yet was the reason for the company to become more aggressive toward this sweet family. thankfully they were able to find a nice place after the company kicked them out with short notice. i highly never recommend them to anyone. with their management, i would much rather be homeless than deal with their aggression.

Me and my fiancé signed a lease with Jeni on her 1579 Sandhill Road property. We were three days from moving into the home when we got a call from Leanne saying that Jeni actually had a “friend” who had backed out from getting the home before us, and they changed their mind and ended up wanting the home. So they gave the home to Jeni’s family friend and left us with nowhere to go. It was very unprofessional, so please be careful when looking into getting a home with Accel Property Management.
