Rewriting as it seems this company didn't understand my original point. My statement's main point was the fact that we have "never" spoke to someone in person on the phone. We have called numerous times and left messages with the only response being a "text" message or a email. If you as a individual are ok with this type of relationship from a management company that you are dropping thousands of dollars into on a monthly basis, more power to you, we prefer to know that there is someone real on the other end, someone we can speak to. Don’t use this company if you’re looking to rent . You can be the best tenants ,keep the home looking immaculate while living there AND leave that place so clean it’s move in ready and they still will charge you up the butt for “cleaning “ services . Be prepared to hardly get a dime back from your deposits .

I’ve been renting a parking space from Ashland Property Management since 2021. What started as a short-term arrangement turned into a long-term rental because the experience has been consistently excellent. Over the past almost five years, I’ve never had any issues. Communication has always been clear and professional, and everything has worked exactly as expected. It’s been reliable and hassle-free the entire time. I would absolutely recommend Ashland Property Management.

I rented a parking space from Ashland Property Management on the Neighbor Platform. Everything was seamless. The rented spot met my needs and is just right. The pricing is fair. No issues with either the space nor with the management company.

We rented here for about 2years. If I’m giving an honest review they weren’t terrible day to day, they are prompt to repair fixes and upkeep is great! They can be a little difficult to get a hold of if you want to speak to a real person but that might just mean you have to call 2-3 more times to get through. They do better responding to text and the app where you pay. They will always answer any questions you have. The move in process was smooth and happy we had the month to month rental option but at move in day the townhouse wasn’t cleaned professionally (see pictures). We rented only for two months, left the townhouse spotless, better than we received it at move in. We reviewed a email that we will be charged for carpet cleaning, which a landlord cannot charge a tenant for routine carpet cleaning after only two months of rent. Landlords are responsible for standard cleaning and "normal wear and tear" of the carpet, which occurs through regular use. It was explained to us that it is because of sanitary…

Horrible company. Turned over a house to new tenants with six broken sprinklers, one broken pipe, burned-out grass, an exposed "hot" wire, months of weeds, and a sandbox that was full of weeds but lacked sand. I wish you were as quick to fix problems as you are to slander your tenants. We took possession of the house on Monday, July 7th. Ashland agreed to have the yard "professionally" maintained prior to that. Just moved into a unit managed by Ashland over a week ago. The whole process was incredibly smooth and straightforward. We even had an issue with our hot water heater and they had someone her to fix it within 48 hours. So far everyone has been very kind and professional. Very happy to be renting with Ashland.

Misleading, slow to address tenant's needs, and will gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem. Our fridge stopped working at the beginning of Dec and we filed a work order on Dec 8. Despite repeated attempts to get them to fix it and plenty of lost money on spoiled food, they didn't fix it until Feb 6 (2 months later). Overall, I have no issue with the staff, either office or maintenance. Whenever we needed something or something was broken, it was handled in a timely fashion, which we greatly appreciated. However, over the years, things started to change. Originally, water was included in the rent, but then we needed to pay average cost of the water bill for our building of 4 units. I have heard from people in this industry that their employees get a commission for the fees that they serve. I have a terrible experience with this company. I handed over the apartment in normal conditions of wear and tear, clean, and extremely careful. My security deposit was $1,000.00 and they are only returning $203.80 to me. I am asking for a detailed explanation of the expenses and they are giving me excuses and time keeps passing and I have no answer.
