Atara has done an amazing job since day 1 of being in touch with them. Timely communication, quick with getting handymen to the house, fast getting the property on the market, and quick to get a lease signed with new tenants. Really happy to be working with them!

I hired this company based on its good reviews. However, this company has not been helpful for long-distance customers like me. They were unable to remove property from the house to rent it, and instead want me to travel out of state to do it. I paid them about $ 850 and never got the property ready to rent or rented. Additionally, I covered the repair costs and had the rent ready myself. Which is not a problem, but continuing to pay the company for no services was not cool. Additionally, I paid the utility bills for which I was getting collection notices. Overall, not a good company to manage…

A caring, professional team you can fully trust with your property. The entire team at ATARA works so well together and truly cares about their customers and their properties. They make sure everything is handled the right way, keeping things organized and in order — even with the important legal details. They’re professional, approachable, and easy to work with, and I always feel confident knowing they’re on my side. Highly recommend them!

They recently took over at my complex. They haven't even fully got files in yet, but they are extremely responsive even in evenings. If you have a question They get back to you so fast and provide whatever clarification you need. I have high hopes it will stay good.

Jilma has been of great assistance through our move in process. Although it would’ve nice if we could have a less automated system that interferes with direct point of contact for information on are lease etc. Other then that Atara and Jilma has been helpful in the move in process and everything else. We had a leak under the sink and the man that came by was so respectful and communicated well. He was also very good at asking questions to help me help him understand the issues we had with that along with our refrigerator. The sink was replaced and it looks wonderful. Great service!

Put in a request for a broken light fixture and was able to have someone out the next day. Octavio was super professional and friendly! He got the funky wiring in this old house sorted out in no time.
