Ever since handing the reigns of my triplex over to Rob and Banner Property Management, I've actually been at peace. He and his team very communicative, trustworthy, and you can simply count on them

I just got to say Banner Property Management has been managing my rental properties for about 5 years, and they've done a great job. Yes there's been some challenges but ever time Rob would rise to the occasion and get it taken care of. Thank you Banner Property Management and Thank You Rob.

Rob is an extremely good property manager. I have two properties in which Rob has found excellent renters. He is very responsive and usually answers my calls, very rare that anyone picks up a call before going to voicemail anymore. He handles the repairs in a timely manner and keeps an eye on making sure they are done for a fair price.

I would highly recommend Banner Property Management for your home rental needs. They have taken extremely good care of our home rental needs and quickly found us a responsible tenant. Their maintenance team is highly professional, responds in a timely manner and is reasonably priced.

Great communication. Very helpful with all property management needs. I interviewed a dozen property managers and he was the only one to answer all my questions and respond in a timely manner. Great at keeping the property in top notch condition.

I had an awesome experience using Banner Property Management services. As an investor my goal was to just have someone take care of collecting my rental income for me and depositing to my accounts and Rob did an excellent job of doing so. I also was hands off on anything involved with my property and Rob made the process extremely easy for me as I live out of state I needed property management that would take care of us. I had put in a work order and it was handled immediately. Received a quick response and was given plenty of scheduling options. The work order was done perfectly!

I have never and probably will never leave a review for anything, ever, except for this awful experience we had with these guys. As a “property management” company, they quite honestly did not manage anything. They never get back to you through any form of communication. WHATEVER YOU DO, do NOT use any of their properties. Truly. Also, any “5 Star Review” they have, id bet money its Robs friends or family. No way anyone has gotten above a 1 star experience 😂 If there was an option to do less, i would do that. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I’m hoping that my review will help anyone before they decide to rent a place with this company or potentially partner with them . First off don’t ever and I mean ever expect Rob to get back to you in a timely matter or even at all. I have tons of screenshots of us following up multiple times with no response - from email and text. I almost drove the 50 minutes to the office just so I could get a response. Additionally, We didn’t have any actual address to send packages for MONTHS and had no follow up time of when it would be fixed when we were there. It’s …
