Was renting from them for 2 years and had a pretty just fine experience. Most my interactions with the actual owner were positive (but rare). Most my interactions with any of his staff were extremely frustrating. If I had questions, they’d never answer/return my phone calls, so I either had to email or go in person. Any time I did either, I was treated as though it was an honor for a lowly renter like me to be graced with their time and presence. Aka, they were always very rude and short with me. Management has a very quick response time, but sometimes short and unkind to work with. Apartment had a leak that took weeks to fix. And then tacking on $175 cleaning fee to my security deposit when I ended my contract early is thievery. My roommates stayed after I left, so I can verify that no professional cleaning was actually done.
