Meghan and Brian are my dream team property managers. Life is much better since turning everything over to Densley PM.

I recently purchased some condos for rental purposes. Even though Densely wasn't the "official" selling agent Meghan & Gavin were instrumental in making the process smooth and efficient. They did a wonderful job of making sure everything worked well. I recommend them highly.

I've had several different companies work for me and been disappointed, but honestly, Densley is the best so far. Their workers are efficient and effective when it comes to repairs and maintenance. A great company, I highly recommend them for any job.

I used this company to manage my rental house for 2.5 years. They found reliable renters but I found many things lacking. 1. They never inspected or visited the property that I know of. 2. They overcharge for repairs considerably. I was charged $4,000 for repairs that should have been about $500. After that I requested they used my approved companies for repairs but even then that wasn’t always followed. 3. To top it off it took many requests to get the house back to the original condition when the renters left. I even had to provide photos of what is looked like before and after the renters …

Do not recommended as a property management company. They do not respond to emails (weeks) or phone calls timely. They don’t answer when you call. In fact. I would call from another phone number and then they would suddenly answer. They don’t properly submit advertisement listings online. My property was vacant for 2 months before they even listed it properly. And I couldn’t find any listings online. They somehow forgot to click some submit button or features to where it would actually show up when people would actually search the unit. Was told it was on lots of other websites. Same problem. …

I met with Brian & Sheri to discussed issues I have with my rental property. Brian go through my lease agreement and explained very straight & clearly. Also, they explained what they do and how it work, and fee is more than reasonable compare to others.

Densley has been a great property management company. They have been managing our 204 unit community. I have been impressed with Brian and how much effort and time he gives to our Board. He is always available to answer questions and help get things figured out.

With alot going on in the subdivision Brian has been a huge help getting things organized.

Best property management ever. They found me great tenants and take care of everything. I’m completely hands off—exactly what I was looking for.

I would stay away from these clowns. I’ve been renting a house from them for over two years now and every year for renewal. They will charge you an extra hundred forget about taking it off very poorly on their billing and a lot of hidden fees so when you see something online from them, just be aware you’re gonna be spending an extra $200 a month or so whatever you see online add 200. Dear Densley, I’m disappointed with the lawn care situation at this property. Lawn maintenance is included in our rent, and we are charged an additional $200 for biweekly service. However, according to my roommates, the lawn hasn’t been serviced since the spring, and since I moved in on August 1st, I haven’t seen a single visit from a lawn care company. We’ve reached out multiple times expecting the issue to be addressed, with promises of a lawn care company coming "in the next two weeks" but nothing has changed. Densley Real Estate is amazing!! Their team is so personable and accommodating. When my husband and I were looking for an apartment and they were so quick to respond and easy to work with. It’s hard to find good, honest businesses to work with these days but they’re definitely one of them.

Talk about money hungry group. They have made the community I loved living in completely unbearable. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. ESPECIALLY BRIAN BULLOCK

We have rented from multiple companies these last couple years and Densley has the most ridiculous fees. We were forced into paying a yard maintenance fee for multiple months without any maintenance being done, with no refund. We called to have this fixed multiple times and they told us we had to continue to pay despite no lawn care being done. As well as being charged for fertilizer when it was supposed to be part of the lawn maintenance. Part of this fee was also snow removal and despite many snow days we never had snow removal done. 10$ admin fee every month? $100 inspection fees? The only …

I was a tenant for three years, always paying rent on time and keeping the property in excellent condition. However, upon move-out, we were unfairly charged for a variety of charges. 1. For basic wear and tear charges. 2. For a vague “Maid to Order” cleaning fee, despite the fact that we left the unit cleaner than when we moved in. In total they took basically our whole security deposit. When I questioned the charge, management failed to provide any real justification beyond a generic claim that they "always send a cleaner." At this point I would have to say this is one of the most ridiculous rental experiences. To be charged exorbitantly high handyman fees…I’m in the wrong line of work. First they came into the apartment and took inspection pictures before we cleaned and moved out. So we have the actual move out pictures and now are being charged for work that we did. To replace the rolling trolley, we bought it, had it delivered and they charged over $300 to put it together. They never came and did the repairs we asked for when we lived there. We have been renting for a while now and I always reach out to Holly when I have question or concern. She is super attentive towards helping anyone resolve an issue and has made our experience as renters wonderful!

We came into the apartment a few days before starting our lease and the place was DISGUSTING! It was not taken care of by the last tenants. Never seen an apartment that bad before. They said it would be taken care of before we moved in, and it was, 80% taken care of. There was still a lot of things that were not taken care of; ripped carpets, stains in the cupboards, etc. We were ok with it and moved in. Terrible experience as renters! Densley has terrible “customer service”, they are slow to respond to questions and when they do respond, they are so rude! We’ve dealt with Brooke and she has been repeatedly rude to us. They tack on extra fees, hike up rent repeatedly and are so hard to deal with. Like many other reviewers, I was charged a holdover fee even though I signed a new lease and it took me complaining to the home owners to get it taken off and our money refunded. AVOID THEM!!!!

After living in an apartment with no useable lawn for 3 years they made me and my ex sign a new lease more than 4 times, the 4th time I was separated for almost a year and told them specifically that neither I nor my father would be on the new lease. Lo and behold when my ex moved out they are going after my father and I.
