The Maintenance manager is amazing one of the better ones I have had the privilege of renting from he’s super awesome with all the renovations we have had done on the building he has been on top of everything the building is really starting to look amazing and is coming together the new walkways were definitely a much needed upgrade he’s on top of it

My ac has not been working for over 72 hours and they have not done anything about it. I do not recommend renting from this management

DO NOT RENT HERE!! This is the worst place to live! The Horizon Property Management company does not properly maintain the water heater system. It may take weeks before you can use hot water during the winter season.

Horizon property management is one of the most neglectful and unscrupulous management companys in utah. I lived in a house in Saratoga springs for 2.5 years, paid rent on time took care of the property and returned the property in the same condition that I received it in and have before and after pictures to prove it . The front door was kicked in and never fixed , a key was broken off in the door handle and never replaced , graffiti in the garage never painted , tile grouted directly on the subfloor in the kitchen and through the hallway = grout and tile popping throught. Please do not rent from these people. I honestly don’t even know where to start when we initially moved into the townhome. They were renting to us in Saratoga Springs the house reeked of dog urine. It was so bad. It was hurting my stomach. They told me that They just had the carpets cleaned. Which is funny because I went to vacuum and I vacuumed up a bunch of bugs. I called them about it. They seem to not care too much. I am a single mom and I literally had nowhere to go. I'd give half of a 1 star if possible. There's so much frustration that I'd like to express but I'll simplify. The team at horizon APPEARS capable of being helpful but appearance isn't everything. If you want anything done by them, be prepared to be calling them every other day until someone is willing to hear you out. (*warning may take several weeks, even months) I found it funny that after several attempts, I had to go down to their office and figure out why they weren't contacting me just to dig deeper in their system with one of their admins and discover that my phone number was inputted …

They are always quick to respond to our requests for maintenance. There have been a few times they’ve forgotten to follow up but once we do they’re quick to answer and get it taken care of. Overall friendly staff and the apartments we live in that they remodeled are fantastic

I am not exaggerating when I say that these people have ruined my life for the considerable future. I bought out someone's lease sight-unseen as I was moving from out of state. First mistake. The people on the office have zero sense of urgency. It seemed to take two days to look over each piece of paper. The apartment itself was somewhere between a dorm room, a prison cell, and a senior living facility. The walls were painted brown. The carpet was brown. Parking situation was awful. I'm giving this a five star review and if I could, I'd give them a solid 10 star review. They took over the previous management and I have had nothing but good things to say about horizon management. They are prompt with service requests Kim, the manager is a real delight to work with. She values the tenants needs, is very easy to communicate with, actually cares and visits the property frequently. The integrity, professionalisim, friendliness and kindness goes well above and beyond. The company is top notch and keeps us tenants up to date as things that will be happening with plenty of n…

I lived in one of their apartments and I loved living here!! They’re very nice and helpful all the time!

I gave them a $170 deposit at the start, as did the other three in our group. However, at the end of our term, they only returned $23.25 to each of us. I have no idea what cleaning company they’re hiring that costs $587 for an apartment, but I feel like I was scammed out of my money. While most of their staff is polite, I have experienced that one women isnt too particulary frinedly.

A fantastic example of a Provo slum lord. If the other reviews don’t convince you let this one. I read them before I signed the lease and ignored them, don’t make my same mistake. I lived at their Spring Tree property on 700 N for 3 years because it was initially cheap. An apartment with no dishwasher, no working washing machine or dryer, no common area anything despite being charged a CAM fee of $25 (unless you count the random cement platform in the front lawn), and an interior that looked like a meth den.
