Whitney and Ben have been great to work with. They manage our rentals in Herriman and Pleasant Grove and have done a great job inspecting and maintaining our properties. They are excellent at marketing the listings and are quick to find good quality tenants. And their communication throughout the process has been amazing! Highly recommend!

We started renting through Key Property Solutions recently. So far, everything has been smooth, and Ben has made things simple for us. Like most people, we haven't had great luck with renting, and the frustrations that come with it, especially when it comes to working with rental agencies, but Key Property Solutions so far has been measurably better in every way.

Really fast and efficient. Ben M is great with communication and the home inspections are simply to make sure the house doesn't have issues for repair. We've enjoyed the experience thus far compared to our previous landlords.

After selling our home of 15 years we needed to rent for a period of time. We were able to get approved and moved into a lovely townhouse in Riverton through Key Property Solutions. Renting today has many more rules and restrictions than back in the day before we bought our home. Whitney and Ben of Key Property Solutions did a lot of shepherding, were quick to respond to questions and concerns, and were extremely helpful in our getting through the red tape and regulations. We would recommend them highly.

Love the location, space and size of the rental. The property manager Whitney is always prompt, clear and friendly. Whenever I’ve had a maintenance request, they are very responsive and do a great job at fixing the issue. You just don’t find this kind of caring customer service very often. Highly recommend!
