Highly Recommended! As the owner of two rental houses managed by Ledingham Properties since 2001, I can report that they are exemplary. The tenants are carefully chosen, the properties are kept in good repair, and the accounting office sends clear statements. My questions or suggestions are addressed promptly. The second generation of skilled managers continues to uphold the previous high standards and performance. My properties will be in their excellent hands for many more years.

We have used Ledingham Properties for the last 4 years. We live out of the area and whenever there has been issues, they have been quickly resolved. Our income received from the rental has always been prompt every month. We’ve had fabulous renters due in part to the property management doing thorough background checks.

I tell you what, there are so many places to go in this valley, you should make this your last stop. Avoid it if at all possible. They will be very sweet at first, but better contact your lawyer on the way out. And definitely keep track of your maintenance requests. They won’t fix anything, but they will charge you for it when you leave. I have paper work where they charged me for paint touch up! Normal wear and tear that is illegal to charge for, yet they are brazen enough to put it in writing. Lived at a property of theirs in the Aves for 2 years. Very happy to work with me to find an open apartment when moving to SLC, and very fair and easy to work w/ on rent (never raised prices) and when I moved out! Pretty hands off in their management sometimes, but I see that as a positive! They seemed to trust their tenants. Sometimes a bit slower to get to some maintenance things but super responsive about it. Would give 5 except I wish that they had taken care of the particular property I was staying it. I just wanted to take a minute to say how amazing Ledingham has been to work with over the last few years. Everyone on staff is amazing and responsive. Special shout out to Mike in the maintenance department for always getting us taken care of quick and efficiently! The house we're renting is at that perfect age where it is needing repairs just due to age and they have all gone smoothly thanks to him, his knowledge and his vendor connections.
