I was skeptical about handing my property off to someone else based on the horror storied I've heard. A friend who uses Lineage kept telling me to just call them. They actually pick up the phone, they tell you what's going on before you have to ask, and my place is taken care of. Nothing fancy to say they just do what they say they're going to do, which is rarer than it should be.

We had our house on the market for a few months and just couldn't get the price we wanted. We needed to relocate, so we decided to rent it out instead. Lineage made that switch easy. They walked us through what the place would realistically rent for, got it listed, and had a qualified tenant in place faster than we expected. Communication has been clear the whole way and we finally stopped stressing about the property sitting empty. Glad we went this route instead of selling at a loss.

They bought out our building in the middle of our lease. When it was time to renew, the new owner raised it by $400 with no updates to the inside of the property. Gavin was a big help in trying to come to a middle ground decision but unfortunately the owner won't budge. Thanks for all your help Gavin!
