I housed employees at one of their properties for an extended work trip and had a great experience. The house was super comfortable and had everything they needed. The hosts were amazing - They were super responsive and easy to work with. I’d definitely house employees here again and highly recommend it to anyone, whether traveling for business or pleasure!

We had a great experience during our stay in Park City in accommodations at the base of the slopes. It was a short jaunt to the lifts and every thing was close and convenient. The lodging was very nice and had everything we needed.

We booked through AirBnB. Two days before our stay, Deer Valley resort sent out an email that they are shutting down for the season. I tried to work with LVR to apply the credit or rebook for the next season. They were not accommodating hiding behind the AirBnB policy. This is all you need to know about this place.

Had a great stay here! It was so convenient for skiing as it was a ski in / ski out spot and that was very worth it for us. This spot had everything we needed for a ski trip and to cook a few meals. if a picture is worth 1000 words, then the pictures for this lovely Park city cottage tell the truth! The place is super cute and nicely appointed, excellent location, and very comfortable. It’s actually very quiet and I slept incredibly well there which is probably one of the most important things for me. Management team is very responsive and I highly recommend, plan on returning myself as well.

Had a great 4 night stay in Feb2026. The condo was really nice and check-in/checkout & instructions/comma were awesome. We walked to and from the slopes/base area each day (10min walk) so the location was really good too. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub (huge) which was about a 3 min walk from the condo

Our rental was in a great location to park city base ski area(walking distance w skis) and next to the bus stop to Deer Valley. It was clean, comfortable and homey included extra amenities like a boot/glove dryer, washer and dryer and excellent assortment of pots and pans. It was also a short bus ride to downtown Park City.

We had a great experience from booking to check-out for our stay in Park City - really great hosts with great communication, and our rental condo was perfect! Would happily stay again.

The apt was amazing.Cozy and well equipped.The location was fantastic and locavr accomodate our early check-in and late check-out.They reply very promptly and our stay was unforgettable.

5/5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Deer Valley Getaway! We just returned from an incredible week at one of the local VR-managed condos in Deer Valley via Airbnb, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and thoughtfully prepared for a mountain escape.

We had a great time being so close to the mountain, just a short walk up, and equally close to the restaurants. The host was very attentive to our needs and responded right away.

Ideal location for ski vacation. Just a few steps from the lift. Excellent accommodations. We had an amazing family vacation.

I recently stayed at a Local VR property at Deer Valley, and it turned out to be an absolutely fantastic experience. The place struck the perfect balance between comfort and convenience. The condo itself was spotless, well‑maintained, and surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room to relax after a long day on the mountain. Great place! Great location. We were able to walk to the slopes and walk home. We stored our skis at the base of the mountain. Hot tub was great. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We had a fire one night in the fireplace. We look forward to booking this place again!

Cozy and comfortable condo. Comfortable place to stay. Very quiet and inside is cozy with cabin vibes. Plenty of space for a family of four, walking distance (10-20 minutes) to restaurants and downtown shops. Condo includes garage parking with garage access to the unit. Added bonus is the hot tub. It's shared by all units but we had it all to ourselves during our week long stay.

What an amazing stay!!!! The room set up was great for our party. The way there are different levels worked so great for us. Main living area and kitchen was the perfect amount of space for everyone to gather together. Well kept and clean. Seemed like it was brand new. Check in and out was smooth and we had all the info we needed without any hassle. You can tell this host really cares about their home. Highly recommend!

My family of 4 rented this airbnb for a ski trip. We had a great time staying at this Airbnb. Loved the hot tub after skiing & the boot warmers. Bus stop is right outside the Airbnb. There was a Pretty Bird right across the lot that was so convenient & pretty good. They don’t supply firewood but no problem! We went to get some. Host very responsive. The kitchen has a bunch of utensils, pots & pans. Bathroom was stocked, appreciated the washer & dryer! After a long a day of skiing, this Airbnb was great to come back to— stylish, cozy, & warm! Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

Great group to rent from in Park City. They were super responsive hosts and a bit cheaper than going through AirBNB. All instructions were clear, came with a little apartment app for all of our phones, so the whole group had access to the all the info. Recommended 100%.

This is a terrible company to rent from, they had the ability to help with a rental change and refused to just so they could keep roughly a $1,000 deposit. Their cancellation policy is bad, and then they made up some arbitrary “30 day locked in time” that’s not stated anywhere in their policy. I highly HIGHLY recommend not renting any properties from this company. Stayed there for a week to go snowboarding with a couple buddies and they were event kind enough to accommodate early check in when our flight got switched. Location is a 10/10 and the places comes with just about everything you’ll need. I could definitely see myself booking here again

I stayed in a wonderful property in Park City for a month managed by LocalVR and had a great stay. They were very communicative, easy to work with, and ensured my trip was perfect!

These guys are amazing! The location and lay out is so convenient and perfect for our stay! They are super on top of everything and very responsive with any questions/concerns we had (we just didn’t know where to take out the trash 😂).

This place was perfect. It was the equivalent of having our own furnished apartment. One bedroom, Two bathrooms, kitchen, fold out couch, washer/dryer. Property had a hot tub, heated pool, sauna and a small gym.

If you want to stay in Park City for a great price, this is the place to stay! Despite not being directly on Main Street, it’s less than a 10 minute bus ride. And the bus rides are free! Great space, all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. If you’re smart, you’ll save the money from being directly on Main Street and stay here!

Great location and condo was cozy with a lot of great amenities! About a half mile walk or less m on the trail to downtown Park City. We loved our stay!!

This condo was wonderful! We each enjoyed our own bedroom & bath, the coffee bar, and the entire place was very nicely decorated. It was also great to have ample covered parking & it's situated close to the downtown area. The only draw back was the jets on the hot tub weren't working. A very nice stay all in all. 😊

What a great place located. Just a block away from main Street. We were able to walk right to local restaurants and shops. The garage was great to be able to secure our bikes since we were there in the summer for biking. The house was clean and organized. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cookware. Great! Mountainside view off the front deck. The host was very quick to respond when we had any questions. The indoor spa was a great plus, especially after a long day of riding.

Was cheaper to book than a hotel, and alot more comfortable. Has everything you need in the kitchen to cook your own food, and the bedrooms had extra blankets in the closets. Well worth the money.

My family had such a great experience. Half of us live in utah and the other half in phoenix. The Airbnb worked out perfectly for us. LocalVR did a fantastic job as our hosts! My wife and I enjoyed the apartment we stayed at in Westgate, the shower had a sauna, there was a jacuzzi in the room and we had most of the resort to ourselves because it was empty (off-season). It was a beautiful place in the mountains as well, couldn’t recommend it more! Local VR was super proactive in their communication and quick to respond when we had questions!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week in April and it was a great experience. It was close to the bus system and everything was also in walking distance. The apartment itself was beautiful and the view from the balcony is so amazing.

The condo was perfect for our large family group of 9. We had other friends that joined us for dinner each night and we all hung out at the condo. The location was 1 min walk from the First Time and Eagle lifts so each morning and right after lunch, we were back in the slopes in no time. I had a lovely experience with Local Vacation Rentals in Park City. The team was responsive to texts and also were able to replace a hair dryer for me during our stay. 3/5. Five people in 2BR park city Park Station #211. Single sheets supplied for a sofa bed which didn’t fit of course. Local VR then asked what size sheets would fit the sofa bed. They are the managers - shouldn’t they know?! I presumed it was a queen. By the time this was sorted two nights had gone by.Sofa bed not very comfortable.Four pool towels provided for five people. I accidentally left a small bag of clothes and let them know the afternoon of checkout and they allegedly liaised with the cleaners but have heard nothing since. That was five days ago.

Great experience renting in Park City. Management company was extremely responsive. Easy check in, check out. Answered all of our other questions immediately. Would rent with same group again. A+++++

Never ever use these people. They are dishonorable. We accidentally made two reservations when we only needed one reservation. We discovered our error within a few hours. No refund allowed. We are out $1500. Unethical. Period.

Lovely place to stay on a girls ski weekend. Easy to access, very close to Deer Valley's Jordanelle Express. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great kitchen and comfortable accommodated four people.

This was a great house for our trip! There was plenty of space and it was in a great location. It was an easy 5 mins walk to the lift and quick 10 minute walk to down town. The hot tub was great to sit and relax I’m after a day on the mountain. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed at one of their Airbnb's (big cabin in Utah) Afterwards, they billed me 400$ for "breaking their blinds" Their robotic staff would not hear our case (the blinds were broken before we arrived), no help, and they ask us for evidence yet they have no evidence themselves. If they reply to this, they'll say their "pre inspection team noted no damage" which is funny.... obviously your inspection team would say that without being required to submit proof. I've stayed at 80 Airbnb's in 20 years, 5 star visitor each time, never billed for damages.

LocalVR was a huge help when checking into to my rental. Very attentive and quick to remedy any issues. It’s nice to have a property manager close by!

Everything was so easy. And it was so nice. The instructions were very clear and I really appreciated the videos that helped with how to get to the place and the instructions on entry. They Airbnb was very clean and very nice. And the team was very responsive. We had no issues whatsoever and it was 10 of us men. They even accommodated my early check-in request. And I only wish I could have stayed longer LOL.

We had a great stay and took advantage of the shuttle that stops right in front of the building to go into old town. LocalVR was great to work with, responsive and communicated well. This a top notch ski-in/Ski-out resort. All the amenities you need. Nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms are very efficient and usable. The staff is very helpful. They have a ski valet which is awesome. Indoor parking is great.

Had the most amazing stay here! This place was very cozy and peaceful. Travelled with an 8-month old baby and really loved that we were able to see our baby sleep while we enjoyed the jacuzzi right outside. Waterhouse 6109 was a great spot for my wife and I to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. The condo was quiet and comfortable. Had a nice deck to sit outside. Kitchen well stocked to do any cooking. Ice maker in the freezer was a plus. Dishwasher, washer/dryer for longer stays. Comfortable king bed, nice bathroom with good shower. Convenient to walk to most places in town in short time. Underground parking spot. All great.

I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. The a/c was broke and when I called someone was supposed to call me back which they did not. After almost a month and chasing them down. Great condo close to everything. A block away from shopping, restaurants, ski lifts , and hiking. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and the steam shower was relaxing on cold mornings. We will come back for a longer stay next time.

My group had a fantastic and comfortable stay in this townhome! The house felt very roomy, comfortable, and quiet. The location was perfect for walking to nearby beaches and a bakery, plus the drive to Tahoe City and other locations was convenient too! The bedroom, kitchen, and bathrooms felt very clean, and it was great having the use of a full kitchen, 2.5 baths, and the washer/dryer. 1487 Woodside Ave. 302B was a great place for us to stay for our annual ski week this year to Park City. It was conveniently located between the ski lift and the food market so we could buy food and prepare it ourselves and walk to the lifts so we didn’t need to rent a car saving us a lot of money. We had a WONDERFUL stay here last weekend! Very comfortable- everything we needed and more! Great experience. I read the reviews which were spot on as to what I could expect. The property we stayed in was right on the mountain. The back yard is basically part of the ski resort, we could ski in for lunch faster than we could stop at a restaurant on the mountain. I also understood that proximity was what we were paying for, not luxury living. The place was older but nicely kept. It shows it’s age in areas but we knew to expect that by the reviews. Great experience, and I will stay here again and again.

Our unit with Local VR at Breck was great! The place was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. The bathrooms and kitchen appeared to have been recently updated. The gas cast iron stove was a nice touch. There were 7 of us and I ended up on the pull out couch. This is usually not what an almost 50 year old wants, but it was surprisingly comfortable! This was the WORST customer service I have ever had. If you need to get a hold of a property manager, you have to leave a voicemail with an answering service and they tell you they will call within an hour, my return call was 3 days later. I sent them numerous unanswered emails as well. They are very inflexible and terrible at responding. I would NEVER book through Local Vacation Rentals again. I am an AirBNB host and would never treat my guest the way I have been treated.

The cabin was great. Every information required for us to get in to the cabin was provided well in advance. All the amenities were kept in great shape. Felt like a home away from home. I traveled with my two children (23 and 10 years old) and we had a great experience with LVR! Condo was clean, within walking distance to Breck, and easy access to walking trails. We had a couple very minor issues (batteries were out for some lights) that were fixed immediately. Communications were always replied to very quickly. Had a wonderful vacation at our Ski & Racket club condo! The place was beautifully decorated and very clean! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and having a washer & dryer in the unit was very helpful! We took full advantage of the free bus that picked us up and dropped us off at the condo as parking downtown can be a bit tough! Communication with the staff was very easy and they always responded quicly! Overall I highly recommend this condo!

It is just a short walk down the street from the Lodge and accommodated several of our family members. Local was very responsive to our questions and made our stay comfortable from beginning to end.
