I am a new landlord and with my busy schedule, It was overwhelming to me to get a new tenant in. I talked to Jameson and he met me the next day. This company is fine unless you run into problems. Once I decided to move back into the space I had them manage, I felt like all of their care went out the window. If I had not taken matters into my own hands and finished cleaning my home, I don't know how long it would have taken beyond the 30 days for us to actually move in. The lack of and miscommunication once the tenants moved out was beyond horrible. I asked for weekly updates, and the PM assigned to my property couldn't even do that. I previously worked with another property management company and was not very satisfied with their service. I then switched to Logic Property Management, and they listed my property within just one day. They found tenants in only 12 days after the listing. I'm having a problem with a tenant filling my house with Marijuana smoke, letting their dog bark hours at a time, leaving dog crap everywhere, and harassment while I mind my own business. I am giving it one star. Because I have been trying to get these this company to help me out after their renters dogs viciously broke down my fence and attack my dog. It has been 2 months and I continued to get a runaround from this company. They allow vicious dogs on their property

They refuse to assist with anything. There has been break ins, harassment from the Neigbor, and on going legal issues that they refuse to assist with. They lie about security cameras being functional. Th offer no assistance to tenants for safety. You’re lucky to get a response from them but the response will never be helpful. The company is bad and they only hire indifferent and hateful people to work for them.

Not only did they refuse to return our security deposit, but they also charged far beyond what is reasonable for standard move-out expenses. Absolute garbage establishment. The level of incompetence is truly astounding. The area in which I reside all of the tenants that were within the community under these guys were told that they needed to vacate the properties as the homes were being sold. Don’t ever rent from these people they are the worst. Good luck getting your full deposit back my deposit was 1300 they took 400 dollars called it a moving in fee? Never explained to me what it is then charged me another 400$ for cleaning, I was left with 450$ these people are the WORST! And the representatives are unprofessional scum.

They charged a single mother more than $500 of her deposit for "cleaning fees" for a probably 400 sq/ft studio above a garage after she had already paid a company to deep clean herself. She even patched and painted the previous tenants holes to secure the full deposit. You will never get your deposit back. Thieves.

Logic Property has had good customer service when contacting their office. They do their best to accommodate tenants even with their growing company. Although communication can lack from their end, once you reach out to them (you initiate first), they tend to be quite quick to follow through! Maintenance requests are easy through the portal and depending on the urgency, they can have a contractor out within 24-36hours! I'd recommend them to other potential rentals.

Logic Property Management is fine: not great, not bad. There was some false advertising on the rental listing: the unit was supposed to have new carpet. It certainly does not—old, musty, and stained. The house was also not properly cleaned upon move-in. Every surface was coated in dust and grime. I spent three just making it habitable. Inexcusable considering they keep a mandatory cleaning deposit from tenants that should cover a deep clean. We enjoyed our stay. we didn’t have to worry about bringing anything everything we needed was already supplied. It was clean and spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the hot tub.

We love our home! It has its own kitchen and living room upstairs and downstairs! This is very useful for us because my boyfriend and I live downstairs with his dad upstairs. So we have our own space as well as room for our dog! And rent really is not bad compared to other houses now.

Logic Property Management has been great to work with. They are very responsive and anytime we’ve had any maintenance issues they are resolved quickly and professionally. Anytime I’ve had questions, I’ve been able to reach out and get answers very quickly as well. After coming from a private landlord situation that was so awful, it was so nice to move into a Logic Property Management townhome where now I feel confident that my concerns and questions are always heard and taken care of.

I have been renting through logic property for around 3 years now and everything has been great! At first it took a while for our maintenance requests to be addressed, but now they are very prompt and quick with any maintenance issues that arise! Overall they have been a great and I’d highly recommend renting through them!

From the outset, Logic Property management worked hard to get us into the the rental we wanted. There were extenuating circumstances and they worked hard with the owners to get us approved. i truly love LPM. everything about the way they do things is professional and efficient. compared to the other real estate management companies I've rented with, they are easily my favorite. they not only make the entire leasing/renting process easy and quick, but they have always made me feel cared about as a tenant. I've never had a single issue with them, and i will continue to rent with them for as long as i can!
