We having been using M&M for about 6 months now and have had a great experience. We originally saw Tina for a showing when we were looking for a place. The first place didn’t work out but Tina sent us some other ones she thought were a good fit. We found the place we are currently at and were able to move in fairly quickly and effortlessly. I’ve been renting with M&M properties for almost a month now. From the application process to the move in and making sure all the little things have been taken care of has been great. Tina has kept me in the loop and followed up with me on maintenance needs. The apartment has also been meticulously cared for and you can tell they take pride in their properties. So far it’s been one of my best experiences with a property management group in SLC.

M&M Properties managed a beautiful home in East Sandy that my wife and I lived in. Over the years, we’ve both owned and rented. Of all the prop managers we have had, or known, Marie and Cindy and the broader M&M team were—without question—the most prompt, responsive, thorough, and still service-oriented and friendly property team we’ve ever experienced. We truly regretted learning that the owners decided to move back in. But not just because the home was stunning, but also because we knew that any future property managers would never match what we experienced with M&M.

We once got locked out of our apartment on a weekend evening and they came and got us a spare key. They've always been kind, professional and willing to work with us, even when times were hard. Anyone who rents with this company, make sure you take detailed notes and pictures of any property you lease from them so they do not try to charge you for every little speck of dust in the property. Additionally, if you are paying any portion of utilities where you rent, be sure to request proof of every bill they send you to make sure you are only paying for your portion. Cindy is extremely difficult to work with and very argumentative, especially when she is wrong. She does not respond to or return calls. As long as she is still working there, I would beware working with this company.

These folks are fantastic, they sadly are no longer the property managers of the property I’m renting. They’ve helped me get my walk through video even after they stopped managing the apartment building I’m living in, their hospitality is unmatched. They were beyond kind in giving me a move in basket with plenty of goodies and even cleaning supplies even after they had cleaned the apartment themselves. I’m beyond happy to have rented with them, but sad to see them move away from managing apartment properties.

Unprofessional, I moved in my unit with the carpet dirty already , and had to pay for a carpet cleaning service after move out , staff doesn't communicate with one another , charged me for extra things that were not even discussed, they even sent my deposit to the unit I literally just moved out of but had the other half of the deposit at the office???unprofessional run while if you are smart lol

I have been a Tenant for almost 6 months now. We recently had a situation where our washer and dryer were broken and as mentioned in our lease, the washer and dryer were not covered. The owner of the property was expecting us to repair it or replace it completely. We reached out to M&M Property and explained the situation. They replaced the washer for us at no additional cost. Parker was amazing and we had a new washer within a day. I am very appreciative of this company and how well they have been treating us.

I recently moved from a property managed by M&M. The experience during my lease was ok. I didn't have any trouble when requesting repairs (though the contractors were sometimes not able to resolve issues) and they gave me a decent recommendation when I moved). However, when I moved out, I was shocked by how much I was billed for cleaning (after having paid for a professional deep cleaning myself), light bulbs (I think one or two may have needed replacing), and other little ankle-biter expenses that added up to half of my deposit. I rented a townhouse from them for 5 years, not a single missed payment and was told during my “move-out walk-through” that my place was very clean and taken care of. They charged me for every little thing possible then told me I should feel lucky I wasn’t charged the ridiculous $3600 lease buy-out fee. I moved out 2 months early!! After 5 years!! I lived at an M&M property for over five years. I was a stellar tenant, never causing issues, repairing things without even calling them. I should’ve known from the beginning that things weren’t quite right. The backyard was a disaster and during the showing they said they would install fresh sod come springtime. I am a single mom of 2, so when they blindsided me telling me I needed to move out (never explaining why) it shocked my system and put me in a horrible situation. They didn't care at all what situation they were putting me in just to rent to someone else. They gave me 30 days. I begged to let us stay and that I would pay more... but nope.
