This was perhaps the worst rental experience of my career. Derek went out of his way to make things difficult for my young family in so many ways at some point I had a full list. I’m trying to forgive, though it’s healing to share. Gustavo and the team are excellent. But it's hard to get a human here. The entire process from visiting a property to the final steps of leasing is done on-line. I was bombarded with email and text messages. It was a bit much. That being said the property I rented was immaculate and showed way better than other similar properties I saw in Sugar House.

I recently became a tenant of MaxField property. The move-in process was seamless!! Most things are done electronically so it was quick and to the point. Every maintenance request I have submitted has been addressed in a very short amount of time. In a word, MadField is efficient. I should note that they are entering me into a drawing for leaving a 5-star review. That aside, I have meant everything I have said. Maintenance requests are timely and efficient.

The entire team at Maxfield has been so helpful and attentive during my moving in process. Derek, Gustavo, and Robert all communicate efficiently and promptly, and are quick to assist with any questions. Their level of customer service has been remarkably high and I would highly recommend renting with them. Very much looking forward to being in my new place, and continuing to work with the Maxfield team!

Maxfield was wonderful assisting me in my process of moving out. They were extremely patient, understanding and assisted in any way they could. I had a few issues with some items during move out and they did everything in their power to help and make the transition easy and stress free. I would recommend them to any and all tenants. This company is one of the shadiest companies. Derek is nothing but a bully who intimidates tenants of properties he is involved with. It is a real shame.

I posted a review upset about a few things and they responded exactly like I assumed they would. I originally stated frustrations about not responding to maintenance orders, not receiving the landscaping we were told we would in our lease for several months (I stated 6 in my review but it was closer to 8) and the security deposit company they use being very shady.
