Horrible! They weren't even sure exactly how much I owed when I called in to pay. Then instead of getting back to me, they added a bunch of fees by sending it off to lawyers. Complete joke. Terrible and horrible HOA provider. The WORST!

Millbrook Real Estate Services/HOA Management is a five star company. Their responsiveness to HOA situations is fast, accurate, and professional. They know Utah HOA laws and educate HOA boards on those laws. Their variety of services (accounting, legal, vendors) is very compelling for HOA management.

Millbrook was the Property Management group for the the Polo Club HOA while I was an owner and HOA Board member. I found them to be responsive to issues, available for homeowner questions and concerns, and helped advise the community for improvements with reserve/operating budgets, assessments, and legal. Malcolm has been exceptionally helpful with difficult homeowner(s) and complaint resolution. Reasonable fee structure and the Millbrook website is very thorough. Thanks.

My HOA board in Salt Lake has been using Millbrook for several years now and they’ve done a great job. I can’t say enough good things about them and they are highly recommended!

This is the 2nd HOA I've lived in... First was not a pleasant experience. Millbrook has been amazing. All the properties are well kept and tended to, parking is great (even with guests), and neighbors are great. This was the exact opposite case with the prior HOA. So happy that Millbrook gets what matters and truly cares. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Malcolm and Steve have been awesome, easy to get a hold of, and always pleasant to interact with.
