As a property owner, I was constantly nickel-and-dimed. I paid a monthly management fee, but maintenance issues often came with additional charges just for coordinating repairs. I was left feeling that generating additional fees was a higher priority than providing quality service.

Great business! I was having trouble leasing one of my apartments and they coached me through what to do and gave great advice. They are knowledgeable and I’d highly recommend them.

Oh my gosh! So my family and I moved into this beautiful townhouse in Saratoga Springs and not even a month after moving in, we found ourselves to be in a "damp" situation. Nate and his team at Mission Property Management, jumped right into action and helped to get the situation rectified as quickly as humanly possible. Absolutely amazing team! I lived in one of their properties and they were outstanding. So easy to work with, very very responsive and quick to help around the property when needed. No hidden fees or hassle, just straight forward and honest people! The property itself was excellent. When I applied, the process was so quick and easy. I even had some past credit issues and they were very considerate and understanding with everything. Absolutely perfect, 11/10 recommend working with them or renting from them! Honestly so sad to be leaving them!

Nate is incredibly responsive and attentive to the property I have been at. He is a kind and personable individual who has made many beneficial chances/upgrades to the building and has alway been quick to respond to any potential issue. When Jenn and Nate bought this old building, it needed a lot of work. They have made the place much more comfortable with new windows, HVAC, electrical work and improved parking. Nate responds quickly if there’s a problem. No matter the issue, he is available with a great attitude, willing to help. He has skills necessary to make repairs or improvements himself and proactively makes upgrades to prevent problems. He’s been a great landlord and a kind person. He treats me as a friend, not just tenant. I look forward to living here and working with him in the future.
