I have been the treasurer of an HOA for the last six years in Park City and am a CPA and a former accounting professor. I have been working with Model HOA as our accountants for the last two years. Since retaining MHOA as HOA manager on January 1, 2024, the Board of Four Lakes Village has found the organization to be a cut above and exceeding expectations. The organization is proactive and responsive, bringing real value to the Board and owners.

We recently made the transition to Model HOA. Our previous community manager was beloved by all of our owners. Unfortunately, she decided to semi-retire and we were the odd man out. There was a great deal of fear that we were going to lose the personal touch we previously experienced. That has not been the case or our experience with Model HOA. Our transition was smooth and seamless. Their staff has been friendly, helpful, efficient and empathetic to the needs of our owners. Their online tools have yielded a significant improvement in our processes.

Model HOA took over management of our HOA in July of 2023. In 6 short months they have rectified an unbelievable number of problems created by our old management company. Model HOA was able to do so by utilizing proven systems, best practices, intelligent analysis, and effective communications that are second to none in the Park City area. If you are looking to change management companies, you will quickly realize how lousy your current company is very quickly.

Model HOA has allowed our HOA board to focus on the macro while they take care of all the details. They have been extremely responsive, knowledgeable and their professionalism, systems and attention to those details is what sets them apart from the rest. Being on an HOA board can be a thankless job, but Model HOA makes it a much better experience!
