I have had nothing but an incredible experience with this company. Everything from our initial tour, application process, move in procedures, etc. the staff has been very friendly and responsive. The only maintenance issue I’ve had was handled immediately in a way that even surpassed my expectations. Aside from all of this, me and my family adore our new home. And as an introvert.. I am very pleased with the apps and online procedures they have in place, especially for the convenience.

We rented from these guys for about 2.5 years from 2023-2025 and it was a great experience. There was several times they worked with us when they didn’t have to, like when we had to move out mid-lease they also made it easy for us to find new people to take over our rental. After having been in our new rental property for less than a month we have had only the best, prompt support! Electrician, Tracer, was so kind and genuine- we chose him to do some extra work for us!

We've been with MHs for a year now. Great to work with, timely and responsive with repairs. The online portal makes it easy to set up recurring rent payments, and their staff is always approachable, reasonable, and attentive if we have any questions. We were nervous to switch from an individual landlord to a management company, but Mountain Heights is better than any landlord we've had.

I moved into a property run by this management company. The house was a disaster. It was never cleaned and the backyard was full of weeds and unkept. We were told that we needed to take care of the backyard. I had to pay to have someone mow and take somewhat care which cost me a fortune. When we moved in there was dog hair everywhere!!!! Absolutely the best landlord I've ever dealt with, and I've rented for close to 15 years. Honest, communicative, understanding, and any issues were dealt with promptly. I don't know what more to say, I wish all property management company's were more like this.
