I can’t recommend Yassie enough! She has been incredibly responsive, always quick to jump on new listings. Since we’re out of state, she even visits properties and films them for us, which has been a huge help. Her communication is top-notch, and she’s genuinely friendly. Plus, all the property owners she works with have nothing but glowing things to say about her. She’s truly exceptional!

We have used Mountain Property Management for years and were so pleased with this company. They were always on top of finding top renters and filling the turnover quickly. They handled all of the maintenance very timely and communicated with us only when needed. We enjoyed not having to worry about our property when our lives were so busy and knew it was in good hands. I would highly recommend MPM if you are looking for a top notch property management company.

Read this before you allow this company to represent your Park City home. Becky and her team did not do background check on tenants. She directed us to change out our plumbing after tenant flushed large number of wipes down the toilets and made the sewer back up. She falsely claimed that her attorney told her we should change out our sewer pipes. She didn't make time to consult plumbers to find out what caused the issue. I advise caution when dealing with this company, as their service quality is poor, and they have a questionable practice of withholding security deposits. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting any property from them if you wish to avoid complications at the end of your lease or the risk of losing your deposit unfairly. DONT RENT WITH THEM

Do not rent with them. They over priced everything for getting the house we left rent ready for another tenant. When we moved in the house wasn’t even cleaned! I had to ask for them to get cleaners to come and clean it. The yard had weeds above 5 feet. Someone had to come and pull the weeds out and we ended up cleaning it up and putting it to the trash. We had a $4800 deposit and we did not see any money back from it. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

We were very happy working w/Becky & her team @MPM,we leased from them for 2.5 yrs...Highly recommend. They even worked w/us to adjust the lease twice for shorter time frames towards the end because we were looking to purchase a Home,that made things workable,so we could search,without that extra help from them,it would have been very difficult. They were fair with our deposits & we did our best to leave the Condo spotless & did the checklist as listed. Always friendly & helpful if we needed assistance etc...

I have had some heavy problems with the unit and Becky has been there through out the entire process of any problems .This Company is wonderful and personable… I would definitely recommend them to rent your unit..
