We have rented our home through Overland, more specifically with the help of Overland's Liz R. Renting is never a perfect experience, Liz has gone above and beyond to ensure things have happened as smooth and friendly as possible. Liz gets back to me same day always, even on small things. Every concern has been addressed... And the big one: No ridiculous nickel and diming that you might expect from a prop. management co. We're yet to see if this excellent track record is upheld when the time comes to check out of the home! In 2 years= 4.9 stars
