Have had nothing but positive interactions and results with Passaro Leasing as they have managed one of our rental properties.

A great management company. I have several property manager’s and they are the best!

This is absolutely unacceptable — by far the worst service I’ve experienced from any business in Utah. I’m renting a home managed by this company, and my dishwasher has been out of service for five weeks. It genuinely feels like we’ve been completely abandoned.

Be careful getting a property from here, i understand legalities behind breaking a lease, but I didn't know they would go all out with fraud! So they decided to say that I didn't give them a notice when I had to break the lease do to personal reasons and that I didnt turn in the keys. Even though I can prove I emailed all that and I have the correspondence with Jordan the property manager at the Yard. Well they said I stayed in the apartment for 3 months without paying rent and then evicted me like 4 days before the lease ended. Good thing I save all my proof and I will be happy to handle this…

Would not recommend living here. The parking company they use is terrible. They even booted my car once while it was parked in my own assigned stall. Residents have to pay $10 just to register a vehicle, and even the “free” guest permits cost $2 each time you use them. Most recently, they towed my friend’s car even though it was already registered under my resident account, instead of simply booting it. It was not an unauthorized vehicle. I would have renewed the permit that night, but the app was not working. I consistently pay for permits and follow the rules, which makes this whole situati…

The Staff is friendly and helpful. The Maintenance is nice and takes care of the apartments. It's a great place. Nice Scenery, quiet neighbors. The one negative is the added fees.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood, easy to communicate and pay rent, no issues! Would recommend and would rent from Passaro again.

Apartment flooded four times. Candy and Jordan refused to help, review the damage, or do anything. The maintenance man told me the sink fell out of 20 other units and caused flooding as well! Pure negligence on their part. Don’t move into one of their apartments unless you want all your property flooded and damaged with no accountability! They even charged me for the sink damages after all of it as well! They then sent us a three-day eviction notice, threatened to break down our door, change our locks, and nonstop harassment for three days straight, all day, banging on our door and ringing our…

Do not rent at any of their properties because you will not enjoy it, the management is a joke and can’t keep anything professional will talk your personal business to other residents especially Candy! As you can see by the reviews they are not worth. Guarantee if they get rid of Candy their reviews will go up!

I would like to leave a wonderful review for Fernando, maintenance department, for his kind and professional service today. He was at the house painting a section on the ceiling in the garage that was previously repaired. He was thorough in his work and his explanation of what he had done and what to expect if the cooler weather should disrupt the paint from drying. Passaro is terribly mismanaged. They send several unnecessary emails to all tenants. They leave the buildings unlocked and have no security cameras. Candy Dotson sent a very passive aggressive email to my roommate and Jeff Salmon tried to get us to take down our google review. They have a trash/dog poop issue that they refuse to fix. There is dog poop everywhere and the trashes are constantly overflowing. The hallways and stairwells are disgusting and nothing ever gets fixed in a timely manner. They also tried to charge us $150 for having our trash on the ground.. I would not recommend 🤮

Today at The Yard apartment we received an email and notification that we were charged $150 for our trash being displaced outside of the trash can. While this is an issue it’s was not specific to us, and searching through our trash and finding an address is absolutely insane and an invasive action taken by management. When asking to get it removed, Candy willingly did so, but not without an unprofessional comment. Overall, this apartment itself is great, however, everything else besides the bricks and wood is bad.
