After about a year of working with them, I feel Peaceful meets the highest standards of client communication, proactive management, professional consultation, planning and follow-through, record-keeping, and overall transparency. If you like being lied to, not having calls returned, and waiting for 2 months for final statement and half of your deposit returned, this is the right place for you. Good luck

Renters try to contact them and they don't return calls. We have a hard time getting a hold of them. Would not recommend.

I was surprised to see this company had 5 star reviews on it especially since me and my family didn’t have a five star experience with this company. In all my years of renting and all the different places I’ve moved to this by far has been one of the most frustrating and not best renters experience I’ve ever had. They messed up our rent and didn't know what mailbox is ours or our garage code so we need to figure out how to reset it. I feel like a lot of little things have not gone smoothly, but not bad. Peaceful Property made my experience with moving into a new home simple, easy, & smooth. I had to quickly move into a new place and they made sure I was taken care of. Melody primarily helped me before I moved into to my new place and addressed all the questions I had, which I had many. Luis & Taylor helped me with fixing things within the home after I moved in.

Melody kept me updated as often as I could've ever asked for and was so supportive and encouraging. I find it to be a rare experience when finding a leasing company that cares about you as a person. Taylor helped us find the right place and was very quick with every response. It's a pain in the butt finding a rental normally. It took us less than 3 weeks to find our place in American Fork and move in.

Taylor is absolutely hands down the BEST property manager I have ever worked with. We’ve moved a lot for my husband’s job so we’ve worked with so many different property managers and Taylor has made the process so smooth with her attention to detail, clear communication, and positive attitude! Taylor has been a gem to work with. She went the extra mile to prove that we didn’t need to give a double deposit and made the process so much easier vs other rentals we’ve been with. I’d recommend her to ANYONE. If you’re debating between peaceful and another management company, the decision is an easy one.

Update: After writing the company on Instagram, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, writing this Google review, and completing the form on their website to inquire about their services, Emil (company owner) sent me a text immediately after review was posted. Initially, he asked me to consider removing the review but understood when I said I felt it was necessary to inform future tenants. Instead, I said I would update it. I was a tenant with this company for about 2 years and would like to provide an honest review for potential RENTERS. The reviews are inundated with positive property owners but this company many times fails its tenants. On move in day, with a packed U-haul no one was there to greet me with keys. I went through multiple avenues to contact a representative from the company with no response until hours later. I just moved into unit D of the 462 E. Haven property. I am going to be detailing our experience of moving into this property and the condition the place was in (pictures are just the beginning of the issues) our move-in date was July 8. We had talked to Savannah (who works for the management company) in the weeks leading up to our move-in date.
