This is the worst HOA Manager. They do not respond to action items, or requests for repairs, documents. We are switching to another Company and now PMI Reliant wont respond to the transitioning.

They helped me find tenants quickly and took care of all the background checks and paperwork. I didn’t have to deal with any of the usual headaches that come with renting out a property.

What I appreciate most is how organized everything is. From leasing to ongoing management, the process feels structured and easy to follow. I can check updates anytime, which gives me peace of mind.

I’ve been using them to manage my rental property and it’s taken a lot of stress off my plate. They handle tenant communication, maintenance requests, and rent collection without me having to chase anything down.

Extremely disappointed with this HOA management company. They NEVER answer their phones, and communication is consistently terrible. Messages go unanswered, and when you finally do hear back, the information often hasn’t been passed along correctly. If they don't care, why should we? I would not recommend this company to any community looking for reliable or responsive management.

I like being able to see how my property is doing and get updates online. The system makes things easy.

They make owning a rental property much easier. Everything goes smoothly, from talking to tenants to doing repairs.

Dale has been great to work with for our commercial property. He has helped organize the insurance and budget for our office park. Dale has a hard job and we appreciate the work he does.

PMI Reliant has been our property management company for almost 2 years now. Our previous manager was terrible. He didn’t keep any records, financial or other wise and had awful communication with the community. When Dale took over he had SO much work he had to do to create documentation and get things up to code and where they should be legally. We have been super happy with the processes he has implemented and how he has improved the community so far. The communication is great and he works really well with the HOA

We had to fire our last manager and PMI Reliant was willing to take on a very difficult situation. The first year was rough, but Dale had a good attitude and gave the HOA Board hope that we could get out of the mess we were left with. One year in, he's organized our financials, hired crews that actually work, enforced the rules, and started necessary repairs and improvements. He listens to the HOA Board and gives good advice. Thank you Dale and PMI Reliant for the tough love our complex needs to get back on track.

They talk big talk. But ultimately can’t deliver and are highly unorganized. If you are considering them to manage your property, you have been warned.

i have never experienced a worst HOA company to work with. we own 3 homes and have never had issues with any of the HOA companies the way we have with this company. if anything is on the front porch that doesn’t “look nice” to them they will fine you over and over again. we pay for the house but they decide what is “nice enough looking” to be put outside the house. it literally feels like they hire people to find any small problem they can to make the home owners lives hard. they have way too much time on their hands that’s for sure. do NOT recommend

We have a lot of issues with PMI Reliant, but we really try to be understanding with property management companies because they're just doing their best and are often the "bad guys" enforcing rules. However, I feel like they just crossed into being unprofessional. I have copied and excerpt from an email they sent last week that is frankly rude. We are not smokers, we do not have any personal issue with it besides that we find it unprofessional and frankly none of their business to judge. This is the absolute worst property management company I’ve ever witnessed, minus the kind, overworked lady who answers all the phone calls, this company does not care about their properties or the well being of the residents living there. They will gouge you of any extra money through unnecessary fees, and unlawful/unclear towing. They begin projects (roof) that are taking years to complete, some of which are very invasive to residents and are begun with zero warning to residents beforehand.
