Don’t be fooled by any bad reviews of PMI. I recently joined the PMI workshop and cannot express enough how pleased I was. They were incredibly supportive and welcoming. Don't be fooled! Nearly all five star reviews over the past two years are written by PMI employees, owners, contractors, or other PMI franchisees. I used PMI for years as an owner and once gave them five stars. I worked with some good people, and appreciated a lot of their efforts. But I switched to Ledingham Properties and now spend much less time on my properties, receive more rent income, and sleep better at night.
