She is professional, experienced, confident, and just all around an amazing person to work with. Her team is well-organized and efficient. Acadia I am so glad y’all exist! The customer service was none like other!! shout out to Shauntee who made my life easy! I had a rough time with Maxx property in Eagle Mountain and treated me like crap and asked way too much for a move in plus it took 3-4 weeks just to process EVERYTHING, Shauntee and Acadia management property got me into a townhome in Eagle Mountain and approved in less than 2 freaking days! Great property management team! I worked with Elicea and the rest of the team and they do so well responding to requests in a timely manner! She was so accommodating and responsive near the end of my lease and even offered help in finding another rental property! If it wasn’t for moving out of state I would definitely have stayed in another rental unit managed by Acadia :3

We rented the property at 1056 S 1000 E and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with Acadia Property Management. Our basement flooded due to an external issue caused by the city, but Acadia’s response was extremely slow and unhelpful. It took them several days to even acknowledge the situation, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. They do not take phone calls and only communicate through email and text, making it even harder to address such an urgent issue. When the restoration team finally arrived, the process dragged on. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the treatment and unprofessionalism I have experienced from the property management at Acadia. I recently received a renewal letter for my lease and was shocked to see multiple mistakes regarding the new rent amount. Not only did this leave me confused, but it also made me question the competence of the management team. To make matters worse, I was informed that my rent would be increasing by an additional $200, along with unnecessary fees such as $150 if I chose to go on a month-to-month lease or sign a 6-month lease or less. We have rented a townhome managed by Acadia for 3 years. They were great to work with. We paid our bill on time and they fixed issues promptly. Elicea is awesome. She responds quickly to my emails. We had a wonderful 3 years here. As landlords go, they were great. They left us alone unless we needed something. I would rent from them again anytime.

The Apartment looks great! Days After I moved in, there was a lot of things that needed maintenance. Garbage disposal, which we had to fix ourselves, the stove top burners are all screwed up, water heater makes alot of noisees, lights flickering which means that something electrical is not working properly.

My wife and I moved to Provo in 2021 and moved into the Moonriver apartment’s that is managed by Acadia. When we first moved in, the space had been completely redone. For a 900sq ft apartment the space has been used excellently! The living room is cozy and comfortable with lots of natural lighting! The kitchen had brand new appliances and soft close cabinets which are perfect for an apartment! We never hear neighbors slamming their cabinets closed! The bedrooms are the same size so hosting guests is always comfy and has left our friends and family feeling like they had privacy and room to mov…

They went above and beyond with helping us find our home, they are real people who genuinely seem to care. Our unit gives me the impression that the previous tenants didn't look after it's maintenance. It's beautiful and clean but some of the appliances have shown beyond normal wear and tear and have needed repairs, they have always been responsive and gotten the issues fixed. My ONLY complaint is that they tend to take a couple days to respond to emails.
