PPM has been a one-stop solution for my rental property. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, the payment portal is super convenient for tenants, and after plenty of research, I’ve found their prices are virtually unbeatable! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are a scam, and will lock you into the most intrusive, penny gouging ridiculous contract you’ve ever seen. Their owner/manager Samantha is utterly without morality or consideration for her tenants. If you dare challenge her on an issue, such as repairs, inspections or fees, she will come after you with the entire will of a person who never had power before so therefore thoroughly enjoys lording over petty renters. We’ve had a couple of maintenance issues lately, and have really been impressed by Pyramids staff. Yesterday there was a power outage that was a problem with the main breaker (so, a property problem not a power company problem) and we called for help at 7:30pm. We didn’t really expect service quickly because it was so late in the day, but in a little over 90 minutes the problem was resolved. We also had to have the dishwasher motor replaced, and they took care of it no problem. We’re very happy with how we’ve been treated!

The first time I toured this place is when I know there could be a chance for us, and then I toured it again. I love everything about this house. As a first time renter I never thought I’d get approved for this gorgeous, spacious house. It has nice interior and pretty much everything I had expected. The price as well is fairly good for such a nice home. All the process and things were taken care of and within good communication with Mikelle and Adriana. When our apartment flooded with sewage, Rebecca quite literally saved us. She was able to get us to living accommodations and got people working on our apartment the same day the flooding happened. Usually property management has concerning response times, but Rebecca really came in clutch and saved us. Pyramid Property Management is great!
