I have gone through multiple property management companies and this one is by far the best! Autumn is always very friendly gets back to my calls very quick and I have had no issues with them. I definitely recommend!

I recommend REMS when looking for a place. They lady who helped me made the process so smooth and easy for me to move in. Every time I have a concern they are always quick to respond and take care of everything. Thank you for being so awesome!!!

No recomiendo este lugar para rentar no devuelven el deposito y aparte de eso tienen plagas de cucarachas en unos apartamentos en provo no. Cumplen con el contrato y te quieren hacer responsable por daños qué otros. Isieron y se lo cobran de el deposito no conocen la honestidad llamas y no te.responden Lamentablemente.NO ALQUILEN AHI te devitan de más en el pago tambien.

Worst property management I've ever delt with! As someone who rented with 3 property managements before buying a house, they are the worst they don't care about tenants at all! they rent out the units with unwashed or unchanged carpets knowing its been years since they changed them even tho you can still smell the pet piss, damage visible holes are on the walls just patched over and outdated appliances and etrical outlets, damaged base boreds, flooding toilets that sewage leeks to your bathtub when your showering that you still have to pay for even tho the landlord said he'd cover it, not only…

Have had an amazing experience with Rems they have an outstanding customer service from working with Autumn,Ruffa,and Braxton. I have lived in the Springville location for over 4 yrs and they have all helped with things I have addressed in a timely manner and have gone over and beyond every time!! Keep up the good work. I have lived here the last year. I’ve been waiting 2 months to get my contract renewed. After sending autumn many messages asking to renew it before our old contract expires. Our old contract expired aug 1 and I still haven’t received my new contract. It’s been 2 months of me asking and asking for the renewal lease. Finally after multiple messages and calls. Autumn said she would send me the renewal via email, it’s been two weeks and nothing. She claims her system is down how can it be down for two months. It’s so unprofessional that me as a tenant I have to make many messages just to have my …

I am a current renter of REMs. I have lived in my apartment for the past 6 months and have caused no issues. We were removed as a resident on their portal, meaning we cannot pay rent. I have emailed and called them multiple times. It has been 4 days and I still haven’t been able to pay rent! They have emailed me back once asking for my address when I left it in my original email. Update: After enough phone calls I was able to talk to someone and the situation was figured out.

Braxton is a great maintenance guy. He goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done properly. He was able to fix my water heater and make sure it was working properly. I appreciate his knowledge and experience, and his willingness to take the time to do a good job.

Rems had been great! Everything from maintenence inquires to payments have been simple and taken care of quickly and efficiently!

Best customer service I’ve ever received! They are very personable, and the maintenance guy is awesome comes quick and fixes what needs to be fixed in a timely manner.

We have been tenants with REMS for a long time and they have been nothing but amazing! The maintenance staff is so quick and friendly, and dealing with autumn and Jenna has been great!
