If you live out of state don’t choose rese they want you to have a proxy. Which makes no sense if your coming from out of state.

My wife and I have a rental property on a quarter of an acre surrounded on two sides by a solid concrete fence next to the sidewalk and city street. RESE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT manages the rental for us. A few weeks ago a vehicle ran into the fence, causing a large, gaping hole, and then drove off (a hit and run). Maddie at the RESE PM Help Desk did an excellent job getting the fence repaired for us - working through the appropriate people at Kearns City, while keeping us and our tenants informed about each step in the process. Rese has been invaluable in keeping my property up and running or more importantly keeping it rented. I recently decided to have a lot of upgrades and repairs done after my previous renters moved out. I went for a new roof, painted the whole house, misc repairs to my deck plus paint. new faucets, bathroom floorings, counter tops, new metal handrails , carpet and many other things. They were awesome with coordinating all the different contractors needed to get my property finished and onto the market for rent ASAP! Terrible management company they allowed homeless people in my Property never cared if it was rented as they charged commission anyway When tenants stop paying rent, they let them live there six months before I had to evict them myself

These guys are crooks and they allow there tenants to sub-lease there property and allow them to scam people they got me for 6700 dollars in one day for a 2000 dollar deal. RENTERS BEWARE!!! MEANWHILE THE TENTANT SMOKES IN THE HOUSE WITH OXYGEN AND HAS SEIZURES!!!!!! NOT GOOD PEOPLE AT ALL

Horrible, terrible management. They suck at responding and are not good when you need something fixed. They are lazy and really rude on the phone especially if you are young and they think you don’t know anything. DO NOT USE THEM.

They are working on our apartment complex buildings and told us we can’t park in our spots for two days. where the heck do you guys expect us to park when there’s already parking issues here? terrible company

I have been trying to reach out them for more than a week , they are not responding phone calls . They are actually have roofing company working on building , we are concerned because we don’t know what we are going to do once this company get parking on my building . Rese has refused to let me speak with a manager and told me the building isn't open to the public. On top of that it have been over 30 days and I have not seen my itemized list or gotten my deposit back. And the lady at the front desk continues to hang up on me when I call to get information from them. Unfortunately this is a horrible company to rent from and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

It took us 3 months to get our deposit back they charged us $40 dollars for a lock box we never had. For smoke detectors we babied and are the originals from when the property was built furness filters we left at least 5 extra at the property that we were told would work per furnace installer. This has been a night maire 8 years since it was purchases by who ever bought it. We were told by the owner we left the property in good shape from renting for 8 years and 9 months. This company is the worst property management ever! My question is… how are they still in business? They owe my over $600 in apartment damages and now they are claiming that I don’t deserve my money back.

I lived at Edgewater Townhomes in Vineyard, UT (managed by Rese Property Management) from July 2023 to July 2025, and my experience with this property was nothing short of frustrating and dishonest. When we moved out, the management unfairly deducted $295 from our security deposit for supposed “repairs and cleaning” including things like a missing towel rail, damaged stairs, dirty garage floors, patched walls, and even “personal property left behind.” The problem? HORRIBLE company. Allowed a forged signature and illegally threw out 15k worth of valuables. They never respond to maintenance issues and they’ll lie to keep your deposit. Every person in the office has attitude problems and they’re extremely rude and unprofessional. In my 10 years of renting this is by far the absolute worst company to go through. Protect your money and mental health and rent through any other company.

I rented from these guys for 5 years the house was in poor condition when they had it listed as ready to rent. I told them to fix it an they did. Constant property inspections they take forever to schedule maintenance. We had a water leak an it took a couple of days for them to get anyone out. They never communicate, they want to text an email rather than answer a phone call. Attempted to resolve security deposit refund check issues with RESE and they refuse to help. Due to a small technicality of wording on their part. They put “AND” between everyone’s name on the check and now we are unable to deposit it. It’s unreasonable to expect us (as roommates) to open a joint bank account together with all of our names. It’s even more disheartening because we had been loyal tenants for years and they refuse to work with us to rewrite the check to get it sorted. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND RESE TO ANYONE.

Our place was completely spotless when we moved out. They DO NOT let you be with the Rese employee who inspects your home after you have cleaned. Of course they LIED about all these issues to keep most of my refund! Rese please respond with what you found and I will provide Pictures you out right LiED. Do NOT use this company! They are slimy. House was not clean when I moved in, now I got over $600 taken out of the security deposit. Called them and they never see to help at all. I could say more but bottom line, RUN!

I should’ve googled the reviews before signing this lease. I found a Rese Property on KSL last year. It was a great location beautiful neighborhood and great affordable price, how ever upon trying to get a return of my deposit I have ran into a big snag. I paid $3300 for the deposit. Rese PM has taken the entire deposit claiming that my family and I created that much in damage and cleaning fees! Which is totally ridiculous!! Do not rent from these people. Very rude and unprofessional. I dropped rent off in person and asked for a receipt and was told they can only print me out one when the manager is there. The manager then comes out and screams in my face. I never saw this man before never had any encounters with him. A grown man. Yelling at a woman. Very unprofessional. They make you feel uncomfortable and disrespected. They are demanding. They sent the owners over to the property as well without giving a 24 hour notice. Very very, unpleased with this company. You could definitely find better!

Beware: Terrible Experience with This Company Stay way from renting from this company!! My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They promised to clean the apartment prior to my move-in, but it was filthy when I arrived. I lived in a home managed by Rese for the last 4 years. The home was lovely, neighborhood was lovely and the neighbors were lovely, you know what wasn’t lovely? Rese property management. Owners and prospective tenants beware, they are just awful. There is a reason for so many poor reviews, they are a poor excuse for a company and only care about profits. Beware and stay away from these people.

Soulless money hungry people. Property filled with vermin, but when brought to their attention they said it was our problem. Will take any opportunity to charge you a fee. They will charge a $50/ month rent fee plus $6/month pet processing for having a goldfish. They will inspect your property and look for any little thing to charge you a violation fee. Trash ! Avoid at all costs. You will never see your deposit again. Employees are so mean and rude and couldn’t care less about you. They will inspect you and the property continually harassing you. You can’t be comfortable in any place managed by RESE.

I regret so much in signing a lease, bad management. They never help you if you are in need, they don’t care if someone in your family is sick.

Horrible company. They charged my sister a late fee due to a bank error. When she called they told her they wouldn’t help her out. She has lived there for three years and never has paid her rent late. The lady she spoke to was extremely rude and very disinterested in helping her and kept telling her refer to her lease. Again my sister has lived her for three years and she can’t even get any help with repairs in a unit she is renting.
