I have been a Sea to Ski client for years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I trust the team totally with my property. They knowledgeable, proactive about maintenance, and always go the extra mile - both for one-off requests, and for the obscure repairs my house occasionally needs. This is has been crucial for me because I live very far away from Park City.

Our experience the last few years with Sea to Ski Properties has been amazing! In particular, our property manager, Alicia Talsma has been exceptional. Having Alicia care for our home in Utah gives us complete peace of mind. There is nothing that she will not do to make sure everything is perfect at our home away from home. Sea to ski had managed our large old family Deer Valley home for over 15years. We have worked with Sea to Ski for the last decade on multiple properties in Park City, both rental and non-rental. The entire team has been dependable, responsive, competent and just a pleasure to work with. This has included managing things from the most mundane (making sure packages are received and delivered) to the very complicated (assisting in obtaining bids and supervising repairs for major roof damage from an ice dam). You get what you pay for with property management and we have found Sea to Ski to be worth every penny and more.

Georgann has been a great addition to the Sea to Ski professional team. She works in close coordination with Tierney G and the rest of the S to S resources. Her greatest skill is "anticipating" current and future needs and to rationalize the priorities of care and maintenance. Maintaining a domicile of this age and complexity is a professional job. It requires judgement and rational thought. Georgeann has this in spades. Sometimes she doesn't respond to me as quickly as I would like but being an irritating customer. I just call Tierney!

Sea to ski property management group are truly amazing..I never worry about the care of my home because they treat it’s maintenance, upkeep and ambience like it was there own! The team at Sea to Ski is extremely responsive, at all times (not just M-F during business hours). We live 1500 miles away from our property that Sea to Ski helps us with, so they are truly our eyes, ears and boots on the ground. They manage our HOA and do a terrific job managing all of our vendors, projects, and owners to ensure our community maintains and grows its property values. We have been working with Sea to Ski for just over one year now and we're very pleased with their management. We had a lot of deferred capital expenditures for our home we've owned in American Flag for 30+ years. Graham has been really great to work with and communicates well. I highly recommend them.

This review is in regard to their HOA management section. If you could give lower than 1 star, that would be it. We have owned a property in a community they managed since 2015. Recently, our Board decided to switch management companies to a competitor and what has been uncovered is somewhere between incompetent and immoral. The lack of systems, best practices, follow-through, and attention to detail is shocking. The new management of the company has an excuse for everything and is not willing to provide proper management, as detailed by industry standards.
