I have had the oportunity to really see what a great job Teerlink (especially Dave and Angie) does for properties. The HOA where they have been working with us was historically having a hard time with money management, prioritizing maintenance and property upkeep (very high-end comminity, average home price is over $2 million), and keeping homeowners and members happy and acting within the rules. The first few meetings were tough and folks were not trusting of Teerlink at first. They handled the meetings and concerns with grace and class. I have lived in a community for the last 13 years that mr Teerlink manages. I have also worked with him on several building projects. I have never worked with a more knowledgeable and honest individual ever! He always has done what he says, he holds you accountable in a caring way, and he is honest in his dealings! I am grateful for him and that I live in a community that is run by such a great human!
