Very impressed with Gilbert and his property management team! Down to Earth, eager and willing to do whatever it takes to fix the problem. Communication clearly is the priority. I was hesitant to give my house over to a property manager, but so glad I found these guys. Zero stress on my end. Highly recommend trusting them. Heard great things from my Realtor Tana Bagley as well.

Whitman Burns Property Management Company is the best company ever! Gilbert and his team helped me completely remodel my duplex, including drywall, carpet, paint, tile, countertops, and necessary repairs. The reason I'm so happy is that it was done promptly. Gilbert prequalified the new renters, and I ended up getting more rent than I ever have on both sides, which more than pays their fee for managing. After owning the property for a long time, I'm very happy not to manage it myself and have more income per month. It doesn't get much better than that!

Gilbert was a great property manager. He was very understanding and was quick to fix anything that broke or went wrong. Our washing machine broke and he had us a new one within 2 days. One night at like one in the morning I put in a maintenance request for new blinds and by 8 am the next morning he had messaged us about them. I’ve had a few property managers in my house and he was by far the best.

Gilbert is our building manager and WE LOVE HIM! Provo landlords and building managers can be really difficult and uninvolved, but Gilbert is the opposite! He is so kind and good to work with, and the second that we put in a request he immediately responds and starts working for a solution! Anything from mold to a broken washer, Gilbert is on it in days and has it fixed for us as soon as humanly possible! Genuinely the best property manager I’ve ever had, and I know my roommates feel the same!

Working with WB Property Management, namely our point of contact (Gilbert), was a very positive experience. In Provo, many property management companies seem to be more predatory in nature than cooperative with the tenant. Working with Gilbert , and WB Property Management, felt like the opposite.
