This company literally rented my brand newly remodeled 5 bed home to a halfway house! They caused over 10K in damage in 90 days witch would only been 80 days if the owner Scott had any follow thru we noticed a problem 12/22 Scott insured me he would handle it that day I called 1/6 for an update apparently Scott went out of town & left his newly established halfway house without saying a word to anybody in his office. The short of it is they charged $450 placement fee (Undisclosed) $269 mngt fee X 3 =$807 $2695 deposit which they kept, saying they spent on court filings when I asked for the fil…

Working with Scott was an amazing experience. My wife and I were looking to rent out our home and we had idea where to start. Scott was able to provide a lot of information to help us not feel like beginners. We are very confident moving forward with our decision to rent and can’t thank Scott and Advantage Property Management enough!

Advantage Property Management is amazing! I've worked with Jacqie personally to get estimates on the Rental Rates for a few properties as a landlord, In Davis & Salt Lake Counties. She is always very prompt to respond, and personable to talk to!

Problems from the start. Poor tenant placement. Took them 2 1/2 months to find a tenant. They failed to find vendors for pool maintenance. I had to do this myself. No itemized receipts from vendors to show where and how expenses were being managed. Failed to take any responsibility for problems. I was paying the $400 to manage the property and lift my emotional load of the responsibility. I did not get any bang for my buck. They did not loose money on their mistakes we paid for it. They kept telling us that they did nothing wrong and because of their experience it wasn’t their problem! 10/10 D…

I have a couple properties with Advantage Property Management. Nate has always been very responsive, which I really appreciate. I always thought I could just do it myself and since handing it over to Advantage, I’m now realizing how much time it was taking me to manage maintenance, collections of rents, getting renters, etc. It has also created a buffer between me and my tenants, which makes it so I don’t cave on certain things because I’m too soft and give in on some things I shouldn’t. Since switching to Nate at Advantage, my time and bottom line have improved. Keep up the good work.

Advantage Property Management has been amazing to work with! Nate and Jacqie have been so helpful with the entire process, answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process. They have also been great with my tenants, I love that they have processes in place for everything and a ton of knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend Advantage Property Management.

Worst property management company, no communication, do not answer their phone calls. Don’t call you back, they do not pay you on time for the tenants rent. Stay away, so many others out there. After personnel changes this company has really gone down hill.

Jacquie is on top managing rentals and making sure they have everything they need. She's AWESOME!

Jackie is always on top of getting everything done the right way and she does it fast. She is wonderful at her job and she takes care of all of the rentals.

Jacqie is doing such a great job making sure rentals occupied and she does a great job making sure all appliances and maintenance on rental properties is taken care of.

They screened their tenants well, and communicate with the owners well had other Property Managers , who did huge markup on repairs and didn’t speak or communicate well at all. These guys are awesome.

Advantage Property Management has raised the bar for all property management companies. They truly care about their tenants as people, not just someone paying rent.
