These guys have been an absolute nightmare for my Daybreak rental. We moved into a house that was not cleaned whatsoever. Floors were dirty, bathrooms had literal pee stains all over the floors and toilet, the refrigerator ice maker and water hasn't been fixed after a full year of complaints, carpet is sticky and grimy and just gross, the air filters had so much dust and debris in them when we moved in that it was literally flat between the ridges. This house wasn't cleaned whatsoever and it hadn't been cleaned in YEARS. Despite all the promises Jacob made to resolve them, they didn't do a sin…

We’ve loved working with Jacob! So fast and easy to communicate. We feel actually cared about as renters which is awesome! But also feel separate enough that no property manager is stepping on our toes. So happy working with this company!

Management is kind, patient and communicates! We love living here! Edit: we have been living in a house managed by All County now for the past 10 months. Unfortunately we have been without a freezer for 2 weeks now and the fridge was out for a week before that. Despite maintenance requests and contacting the office they still have been unable to solve the issue. We are extremely disappointed because outside of this situation, we have quite enjoyed living here. These ladies are on the ball!! They are prompt, considerate, nice people to work with and so respectful and helpful. They helped me find a place to live good for me right away, and they followed up with text messages to follow up on my move in. Then, they left us a welcome home gift basket with small essential living items. So sweet. Great communicators. I just feel loved and taken care of.
