Deceptively listing more bedrooms than there actually are on at least one rental house listing, as the room doesn’t have an egress and legally cannot be considered a bedroom. What else are they deceiving prospective tenants about? Wouldn’t dream of starting a professional relationship when they’re doing that, and I’m a former landlord and homeowner, not just an unsuspecting tenant. Big yikes.

We finished remodeling our first rental home. Axiom Property Management was very helpful in teaching us about the state of the market at the time. The difficulties of renting a house with a basement, how to go about it, etc. We appreciated the coaching and commitment in helping us find good renters. I would recommend them.
