Cambria has managed my properties for over 6 years. They have been awesome. I don't have to worry about the properties, I know they are taken care of and if there is an issue they are on top of it no matter what.

I own a house and my neighboring house is managed by this property management company. Between our properties is a decaying fence, that is missing large sections and just falling over in other sections. Their communication specifically Linda's is awful, I could not imagine ever having them manage a property I owned and if I rented I would never rent from this property management company.

I love them . They get stuff done quickly and could I say Brandon is the best if they're something wrong he gets it done quickly and gets it done the right way the first time couldn't ask for anyone better than them and april the office person she the best too she a very nice lady. I love my place and couldn't be more happier than having them as a property management company. Thanks for all u do Brandon.

Great service! Brandon is fast at getting things fixed and always does a great job!! Cambria advocates for their tenants while insuring the owners are getting what they need. Would recommend this company to everyone who's looking for a place to rent.

Always easy to reach and cooperative. Quick and thorough with any and all issues that arise. We've been renting with them for years and have yet to have any outstanding issues with them as a company or on any personal levels.

Cambria Property Management gets five stars because every time I reach out and need something, they are there to support me without question! Their service is professional and prompt and I always feel like my needs are important and met with extreme care!

I have rented a property managed by Cambria for 2 years now. They've always been very thorough in their communication, and were extremely flexible with us when we needed it. Our sprinkler system had a leak over the summer, and they refunded us for the overages themselves. They're very friendly, and shoot it straight every time. Maintenance was always thorough. Even if their responses were slow, they let us know what was going on. Their online portal was also very helpful. I highly recommend.
