The BEST property management company!! They’ve taken care of any issue we’ve had QUICKLY and with so much kindness! We are seriously looking at their other properties when we go to up-size in September. These guys rock and they have the nicest managers ever!!

This company is amazing. I have stayed at South Ridge and Kelsey and her team were amazing. Great property with great amenities. I then transfered jobs to Eagle Mountain and was able to move to Porter Ranch Town Homes in Eagle Mountain. This place did not disappoint at all. Love my new home. Suzette was so willing to help with paperwork and answer any questions plus Kevin her maintenance manager went through it with a fine tooth co.b and it was perfect. I lived at CPS for 7 years. It was great until Celle took over. Don’t rent from any of their properties. They will overcharge you and then ignore you after they promise to make it right. They messed up our rent amount for 3 months and overcharged us. This was confirmed by Utah housing authority. They then told us to pay less rent in July and that if we moved out early they would refund whatever amount was pro rated if they occupied it. We paid exactly what they told us to. If I could give zero stars I would. These people are crooks. They overcharged us for rent for multiple months and now refuse to even communicate with us. They have made false claims that they would resolve their billing issue and now 6 months later and the regional manager Suzette’s phone is disconnected and we can’t even get a reply. We have documented proof that they mishandled our funds and they refuse to make it right. Rent from anyone but these people.
