I've had the privilege of working closely with Cirrus, as I was a board member of an HOA for 6 years. They are so professional, reliable, easy to work with, and easy to get a hold of if needing help. They are small but they are mighty and best kept secret when comes to property management companies in the Salt Lake Valley. They're truly the best property management company and I highly recommend them!

I also would give Cirrus zero stars if it was possible. They took over about 4 years ago and it's obvious they are in it for the money. The landscaping at our property is a joke and an embarrassment. It consists of weeds and dead grass. In the winter we are lucky if we get plowed and sure they come around and shovel, 2 days after it has snowed. I have had shingles falling off for FOUR years. I put in a maintenance request about every 6 months and it's totally ignored. Our fees went from $220 to $400 since Cirrus took over. Talk about a price increase. That is an average of $45/year. If I could give Cirrus Properties 0 stars I would. John Green is the WORST property manager I’ve ever experienced in an HOA community. Like others have mentioned, John is condescending, incompetent, and non-communicative. He showed up to an Annual Meeting with inaccurate financials and that was the tipping point for our community to find a different property management company after 20+ years of dealing with his business. I would advise not purchasing a home that is managed by Cirrus - your life will not be any easier.

I’ve lived in a Cirrus Properties-managed building in SLC for 3+ years. I can/would not recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company to manage their property or HOA. I have several complaints, but my biggest reason for the 1-star review is the rude and unprofessional way the manager assigned to my building - John - speaks to me, other owners, and other personnel doing business with owners in the building (2 service personnel I’ve hired have had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to John and they both relayed to me how rude he was). Our HOA has been with Cirrus Properties for approximately 15 years, and the service and support we’ve had has been outstanding. Our property manager is extremely responsive, gives excellent advice about reserves and capital projects, and regularly visits to ensure all maintenance needs are met promptly. I can’t recommend this team highly enough.

Horrible website. There is no way to find out how much you owe. You have to guess and hope you get it right. If your card expires or declines on auto pay, they don't tell you. You just go delinquint and find out when they hire a lawyer to collect. So then you owe lawyer fees and your past due that you had no idea was even past due. They deny any and all requests for improving your home. Not up to date on waterwise localscape landscaping. The snow service they contract is just horrible as well. As a property manager myself I do not respect the operators of this company.

I would like to give this a zero star review. John Green has mentioned in all the other reviews, is so very unprofessional! My daughter and her roommate were without heat or AC for over six months in their unit(Nov-May). He had the audacity to say that it was never mentioned to him. After providing proof of text messages to him, he said that he doesn’t even remember receiving them. Do yourself a favor, don’t contract them for property management. You’ll be sorry.

I would also give cirrus properties a 0. John Green is absolutely terrible to deal with. There lack of response to any communication is concerning. He doesn't want to be held accountable for anything, by refusing to communicate in writing. I've had to file multiple BBB complaints.
