I have rented with Ekot for over 13 years and had a wonderful experience through it all. Communication has been quick, clear, above and beyond, maintenance has been responsive and helpful, the property has consistently been improved upon during my time here, and I love my neighbors. I have recommended renting with Ekot to friends and family who have been looking for rentals. Wonderful renting experience when those are often so rare.

I had a great experience renting an adorable basement apartment with Esther for almost 5 years. The unit was cute, well-maintained, and affordable a gem in a wonderful neighborhood. Communication was always easy and straightforward. Anytime a maintenance issue came up, Alberto was quick to respond and always friendly about it. I'd highly recommend renting from them if you're looking for a place where you feel taken care of.

I’ve been renting with them for about 3 years now , Esther has been great , when something is broken they come as soon as they can to get it fixed right away . I recommended them . I have so problem so far with reaching them :)

I am posting this years after the fact. I rented from Esther/Ekot properties for 2 years. When my lease lapsed she had assured me my security deposit would be refunded. It took weeks to get in contact with her after that. Once I finally did, she sent me to her husband at his ward building. No one answered the phone, I waiting for an hour before going inside. I found him, and explained to him my situation. He made me wait for another long while before finally agreeing to speak with me. He had no refund for me, but what he did do was write on a blank piece of white printer paper that he and Esth…
