Epic Property Management has been incredible to rent from! Professional, reliable, and genuinely caring every step of the way. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled quickly and with real heart, which is rare to find. Being a tenant here has truly felt more like being part of a family than just renting a home.
We have stayed with Epic Property Management for four years, and we could not be happier with the experience. The place was clean and completely functional, rent increases were very reasonable, and maintenance was fantastic. A few examples: our furnace stopped working once, and the heating would not be able to put us above 65F, so uncomfortable but not a big deal. We had a brand new furnace in three days. The toilets were acting weird once, and as soon as I let Hunter know, he was here the next day and got it fixed immediately. Same thing happened for the shower head at another point. For mi…
