Scott and team managed our property for over a year. They were able to secure great tenants for us and manage our property really well. We have also used them to sell our property and we had a great experience. I highly recommend!

I had a very frustrating experience with Kyle hardley property manager. Communication was extremely poor messages and requests often went unanswered for long periods, which made even simple issues difficult to resolve. On top of that, there were unexpected charges taken out of our deposit that were not clearly explained or justified. It felt unprofessional and disorganized, and getting clarification was a challenge due to the lack of responsiveness. Please be CAUTIOUS, before hiring this company. They "spend" hundreds of dollar without owners approval and do not provide any response when asked how did they spend it. They have not reponded to any queries for almost an year now. We are 4-5 home owners who have exactly the same issue. Pretty sure they are not going to respond to this review..

Very disappointed with how this company "manages" their properties. After transferring to HRG from another property management company (that placed our tenants) yes their management fee is on the lower end but you definitely get what you pay for. Average policy for tenants renewing would be 30-60 days prior to their lease expiring so you are aware that they are moving out and reduces tenant turn over time. I reached out to Scott about 3 weeks prior to our tenants lease expiring to review if the tenants would be renewing or not and he told me that he was discussing it with them. I told him not …

We used this management company for two years. They were great at finding tenants and getting the house rented out. Over the last year we didn’t need them because some family friends moved into the house. We used them to write up the rental agreement. We had all plans of using them to keep it rented after our family friends moved out. Our first tenants moved out early and didn’t pay some of the last month rent. I'm not really sure if I can express adequately just how much Scott did for us, but I'll try. We've owned a rental property for 7+ years and used Scott for just over a year. This was our first experience with a bad tenant. Long story short, we dealt with hoa violations, police being called out multiple times, and eventually a nasty eviction for refusal to vacate. They told me before they started managing my property that their goal was for me to basically be able to forget about all house management and just see rent come into my bank account and they have lived up to that goal. They have exceeded all of my expectations. They are so communicative. They look for opportunities to save us money on any repairs needed.
