I have used Jessie Dixon's Property Management for my 2 single family rentals in Layton for years. She is very professional and responsive when maintenance issues arise. She seems to have the best contractors in Davis county on speed dial as they respond very quickly and are very competent. Jessie is excellent at knowing how much rent to charge and her tenant vetting is always spot-on. 5 stars is not enough stars to rate Jessie and her assistants. I'm sure there is not a better property management company in Davis county!

As a first time rental tenant Jessie and her team made the whole process stress free. I was hesitant about the apps as I'm old school and prefer doing business in person, but they are actually really easy to use and very beneficial for the tenants. One app handles everything for your rental from paying rent to submitting maintenance requests. I'm 4 months into my lease and have had zero issues when things have come up. Jessie and her team have been fantastic to deal with and I hope to continue renting from them for awhile.
