Awful experience. They charged me rent for the month after my lease ended. When I contacted them about it, I agreed to pay for a week worth of rent so I could have time to really thoroughly deep clean after moving out, and was supposed to be refunded the rest. They never refunded the rest. I put a ton of effort into cleaning. I spent the full week deep cleaning every detail down the inside of the light fixtures, rented a carpet shampooer, and even washed the walls of smoker damage from the tenant before me (the unit clearly wasn’t cleaned well before I moved in). Worst place to rent from EVER

Ive been trying to get a hold of them for weeks and they dont reach out to me they are charging me rent for a property they don’t even manage anymore

I have appreciation for the quickness when it comes to repairs. The manager Melonie, is always helpful. Her customer service skills are well above average. Going to miss her. Thanks Melonie. You rock.

Worst management company EVER. Had to give them a star to comment. So my star is only to provide more comments on their poor management that acts in nothing but BAD faith. Do not rent from them. They will promise to pay all of this money to move out and never make good on any promise. Since these promises are in writing I am sueing them in small claims court to get my money back. If anyone else would like to join with me to sue and you lived at Foothill Gardens in 2023. Reach out to me. I know what to do.

I have called and called but I never get a response. I have gone months without heating and I still can’t get a response. This is absolutely unacceptable.

What ever you do please avoid this company at all costs. They will nickel and dime you and do it at whatever it cost. Please for your shake avoid this company.

well I have read many reviews and as I thought they all pertain to the same subject,that this management company does not care enough about the tenants but just the monies.
