They are the best; I would not be able to work a full-time job and manage my proprieties at the same time. I honestly can say I have never had a problem with them in the 15 years I been with them.

I own a home in Ogden but I live in California. Brian has been managing the property for over twenty years. He has found all the tenants, collected the rents, contacted for the repairs as needed, and sent me my money without ever being late. I also have properties in Arizona and wish I had someone half as competent there. I recommend NUPM without reservations.

The residence is perfect for me and my wife Rebecca. It is better than the 2 level apartment that we had. This one level helps us for us to be able to walk safely instead of having to go up and down stairs.

We have rented from them since 2017 and have never had a problem. Maintenance is always prompt and the tenant portal is simple to use for paying rent. The yard is kept up , no complaints. Kayla,Brian are always friendly and efficient.

When we first moved into our apartment another company was managing the property & I have to say almost immediately things changed when Northern Utah Property Management came in. Things we had told company #1 about several times finally were addressed. The outside was cleaned up, lawns were kept up & bushes & trees were trimmed, driveways & porches were repaired. It was very easy to contact them & they responded promptly. And they were very prompt about returning our deposit to us.

I've always heard bad.thinge about property management company's but Northern Utah Property Management has been the easiest to work with. They are always ready and available if there's an issue and they are just overall wonderful people

Wonderful management company. Working with them to rent an apartment was great. Very attentive to my needs and what I was looking for in a dwelling. So, back in March we were unexpectedly told that we were gonna need to move do to landlords daughter moving back. We were in a crunch and had applied a few different places and things didn't look so good. We found nupm and a house within out budget and that we really liked. We have been tenants for years and have been treated very well and fairly. They always respond if an issue arises and ot gets fixed rapidly i truly recommend them for renting with them

Had a great experience with the company until move out, when I was charged $300 for ‘cleaning fees’ after I had spent two days making the place spotless. When I asked about the fee, I was told I would receive pictures showcasing how dirty the place was. I reached out with my video I had taken after I cleaned the place, and a week later have received no reply to my video proof nor have I received any pictures showing evidence of leaving the place dirty. Brian is a great landlord. The process of signing my name to the lease was efficient. There was always the ability to communicate when necessary. He is a kind person and so are the people who work in the office. He won’t try to keep your deposit if you leave it how it was when you moved in (minus carpet cleaning fees which was explained before I signed my lease).
