Making the switch from my former property management company to PMI was the best decision I made on my rental property. They handle all the maintenance issues without getting me involved. They make sure I have good renters and inspect my property regularly to ensure it is being taken care of properly. It's a good feeling to know they are looking out for my best interest.

As a real estate investor I’d recommend PMI and their team. They are knowledgeable with the market and don’t play games. They collect rents on time and use quality contractors for any repairs to properties.

Brady talked a nice talk initially. He convinced the HOA board to move our condo units to his management- but in less than 3 months after taking over, he transferred the units to another PMI franchise (who provided terrible service). Would not recommend doing business with the company (or maybe all of PMI in general).

Trying to fix rent situation. The person I needed to talk to ran out of the office without saying anything. I have to go back later, hopefully I'll catch her next time. Ps. The address on their Layton, UT website isn't accurate. Google Maps is correct, even if it's showing a Trailer Park.

Rented through them for two years. One of the best I've dealt with. Family run. Who doesn't love supporting and being supported by small businesses?! It's nice to be someone enjoying a home as a renter and.not just a.bottom line profit margin. They worked really well with the owner of the property as well, as a renter that made life less stressful.

PMI is a great company to work with. We needed a place to live and Maya Humphries made that happen. My mom has lived in this complex for 16 years. I highly recommend renting from PMI HOME TEAM.

We have now been renting for over a year. I rated them a 4 star because no one is perfect! But overall this is what I love about this management. I have never had a problem with maintenance and I love the system they use, they really keep our apartment complex clean and I love how secure the place is because I have never had to deal with any theft. I am so disappointed in this agency. Extremely unprofessional in the move out process and blamed us for their mistakes in our security deposit return. Trying to get clarity and answers was a nightmare as they refused to believe anything was their problem. I was belittled and threatened when trying to take legal action that would finally force them to take accountability. I truly have never been more frustrated or deflated when working with any property management. If you’re considering renting with them, please consider this a warning to avoid it at all costs.

I have had numerous issues with this property over time, and every attempt to resolve them was met with hostility. When I tried to communicate and find solutions, they shut me down completely and were extremely rude and dismissive. This is not just poor customer service—it’s a complete lack of respect for clients. I strongly advise anyone considering this property to proceed with extreme caution.

Worst management company I have had business with. The property we were living in was a in terrible condition when we moved in. So many things we needed fixed. They also didn’t have a duct for the dryer which we discovered at the end of the lease(this led to damage that wasn’t our fault). They took most of our deposit even though we left the place in better condition than it was in. PMI contributed to a lot of stress while I was finishing school and they care only for them selves. All of these things I’m saying goes against their own mission statement. PMI home team is a disappointment.

I’ve dealt with my fair share of horrendous property management, and this is not one of them. Brady and his team are some of the most helpful, professional, and communicative people I’ve ever rented from. If you’re considering renting with this management company—do it. This is the worst Property Management Team I have ever worked with. So unprofessional to the point of the owner of the house we rented from is taking them to court. Kalia has the worst attitude and should not be working with the public. Maya doesn’t even know what’s going on. Brady just lies and tells you what you want to hear just to get you on your way. Do not rent from them! Spent thousands of dollars on extra unneeded charges and hidden fees in the contract. Are not understanding at all. Will drain your sanity and wallet. On the other hand, the place was beautiful and loved living there but overall was a terrible idea and experience. I have never left a one star review anywhere and hope no one else goes through this.

Great for landlords, awful for tenets. Rented from these guys and the random charges just kept rolling in, lease is not very well worded so be careful with it. They charge you ~$500 just to process random things moving in, and ~$500 just to process random things moving out, they will hire guys to do whatever and charge you for it without asking, slow to respond or will flat out ignore you when asking questions. Ending the lease was a nightmare. They took as much money out of our deposit as they possibly could. Ive never had such a unpleasant experience with a property Management company in my life.

As a renter, ending the lease has been a nightmare. I provided advanced noticed and reached out multiple times. A key drop off was scheduled , but no one from their team even showed up. Now they are flooding my account with charges, some 3 months after move out. I have asked multiple times for an itemized billing list, but have received zero documentation as to the legitimatacy of the charges.

Rented a house through PMI and the furnace went out during the middle of the winter. We reported it yet wound up going a week without a working furnace and no communication as to an action plan moving forward. Temperatures inside the house were recorded at 49-51°F. After a week plus a tech came out to resolve the issue, it took less than 30 minutes to identify the problem and come up with a solution.

Brady and his team are incredibly helpful and responsive! Great experience so far!

I want to say thank you for your guys hard work and help to get us into this house especially cammrin he took the time to call me late at night to get everything set up to fix the the heat in the house and thank you to the guys coming out to fix it as well if your looking to rent I would recommend pmi not only for the great quality customer service but also the fact that the actually take care of there residents and would ask for cammrin he will help you get everything set in place to get you moved on to a good home. Terrible communication. Only seems to respond quickly when there is a maintenance issue that effects the property.

Absolutely no communication between the management team and tenants. I try to keep my cool but everything boils over eventually. If you wanna save yourself a headache, time and money avoid this company at all cost.
