PMI mountain west manages my residential property. Their follow through is second to none. They take care of problems immediately with quality work at reasonable prices. They keep the space rented with well screened tenants that pay on time every month. Steve has been easy to work with and helped us rent our home quickly and as painlessly as possible. He made suggestions on what repairs or improvements could help increase our rentability and had a team on hand to make those repairs and improvements for less than we expected.

I have had the unfortunate experience for buying a very problematic property, which costed me quite a bit to fix it. The only reason that I can survive this huge money loss and keep the property is Steve and Heidi were extremely helpful throughout the process finding the best contractors for the jobs. I just move in and there are issues I reported which was promptly fixed, this includes freezing fridge and accidental lock out from master bedroom. The immediate response by PMI management and its maintenance personnel is highly commendable.

I want to say thank you to the pmi team for working with us and as anyone who rents knows there are ups and downs and a bit of give and take but this company has been by far the best to work with. I really enjoy living at The Ivy Anne apartments. They’ve been very helpful with some of my issues. A particular shout out to Jobe. She’s responsive, personable, and easy to work with. All in all it’s the perfect place for me.

PMI has been a great property management company for our Town house so far. As it always is with moving into a new place there are always a few quirks and adjustments that need to be made and right away they either sent a maintenance man or took care of it personally. So usually when people have poor credit they go for the co-sign/guarantor option. But according to Heidi Shafer, even when your applying with a guarantor (because your using THEIR credit to qualify) you cannot have the option of having a guarantor if your personal credit is too low. When you use a guarantor you are supposed to go off the guarantors credit, not the individuals credit. That’s the reason why people have a guarantor/co-signer option right? Please do not sign up to use this company. I spent over a year renting through this company and in the end was screwed over by them. They did not follow contractual protocol regarding move out. They make you pay out-of-pocket for carpet cleaning, and a cleaning service after I cleaned the entire home. They also made me pay a very substantial amount of money for damage to an appliance. Then provided me random pictures with no dates attached. If renting go directly through the owners.
