We have working with Paul for only a few months, but we are very happy with his services and management of our new rental property. We used Paul to manage our home while we were overseas for 3 years. The experience was mostly positive. They are professional and very organized. However, we felt there we many instances where they favored the tenants over the owners. Our management agreement called semin-annual full inspections. These only happened if and when we requested them and sometime not even then. I think 3 inspections per year is overkill and a nuisance and its frustrating that the prorenter lease makes you pay $99 to reschedule inspections regardless of the circumstances and/ or timeliness of your request to reschedule, but at least their inspection guy is good. 5/5 stars for the inspector. Carlos was great. He was pleasant to speak with throughout. Very professional, friendly, and made the inspection quick and to the point.

Carlos with Prorenter property management came by the house a few months for the bi annual property inspection. He was kind and respectful and most importantly professional. We have just moved into our home for just a few weeks, still in boxes. A toilet of ours was running and leaking and had quite a bit of movement in it. Don't do business with them, they take forever to fix anything wrong with the house, they will charge for stuff that is out of the tenant responsibility. They only care about your money.

Company is a scam, I move in on a house that had had some details here and there so I was fine with it, then after I moved out I left it almost the same as when I moved in, now they are charging me almost $4,000 move out fee. I heard they were bad but didnt know it was this bad, is a scam, do not do business with them or you will regret it. STAY AWAY! This company was great to work with while going through the renting process and while living in the property. Very easy and very responsive. However, when leaving the property after 3yrs they took almost my entire deposit. Somethings I agree were valid others not so much. Where I have the bigger issue is I was charged for the yard. I was ok per the bark needed to be replaced and just some trimming to be done. I am still in the area and drove by the house multiple times and the yard I was charged for was never done. Our cooling system stopped working on July 3rd. We understood that the long weekend may make it difficult to get someone out to fix it. They didn’t get anyone out until July 11th. He determined that the motor was blown and left us for another weekend in the heat. ProRenter does a good job on following up with issues brought up by residents. During the summer, AC went out on their property and that issue was resolved quickly. In the winter, furnace kept having issues on staying on but that issue was resolved within a few hours after reporting. Only inconvenient part is inspections every 3 months but it makes sense to keep the owners of these at ease. So whether you are a tenant or an owner, ProRenter does their best to take care of you.

I have really been impressed with ProRenter. They’ve been great to work with, quick, efficient, communicative and hassle free. Yesterday afternoon my garage door broke and wouldn’t open up. This morning ProRenter had a repair man reaching out to me to schedule a repair and by this afternoon it was fixed! I have been a tenant of ProRenter since July of 2023. They are super responsive and have gotten a couple of things fixed for me. Both times, so far, within a couple of days. Whenever I submit a service request, as long as it's during the week, I can expect them to contact me the very next day. 100% the best property management company I have had the pleasure of renting from.

Absolutely terrible service. They failed to mention only 3 tenants were allowed in a house. Only after paying for the application process did they mention this, could have easily communicated that before the application process.
