I am so happy with the assistance I received ! My A/C went out just as it’s getting hot outside. In past places I’ve lived it takes a week or more to get someone to help. I was called right after submitting the work order and then they came to fix it first thing this morning. My A/c is going strong now and I couldn’t be more impressed by the technicians and everyone who helped. It means a lot to me that I was treated so well thank you so much for making us feel like real people :)

I just moved into H Lofts and I’ve had a really great experience so far! The process of getting the apartment was super smooth and easy. I rented a townhouse through RPM for a year, and it was hands down the best rental experience I’ve ever had. From the initial application process to the day my lease ended, everything was smooth and hassle-free. I never encountered a single issue the entire time. Their professionalism and efficiency truly set them apart. Highly recommend!

I was hesitatant on writing this, only because rentals go so quick and if people knew how good of a company they are to rent through it lowers my chance of finding another place when the time comes because nothing will be available. With that being said, they are a great company to rent from so they deserve the good reviews because I appreciate them. 5/10/24: still no contact for my maintenance request. Current Review: Still as horrible. Again I'm having the same issue with my ceiling falling apart and this company won't even give me a phone call. Stay away from this god awful company. They only care about your money. When people are coming to view the apartments they are showing apartments that have never been cleaned from the past tenants that had a huge dog in the unit. Just as a suggestion maybe you should be showing cleaned apartments if you actually want to rent these units out. Mind you there are several vacant units. But apparentl…

Please do not ever use these guys! I had a TERRIBLE experience. They took a 5k deposit from me and on top of that are now trying to charge me an additional 5k for carpets. I lived in the place alone and took immaculate care of the house. The owner even stopped by and was impressed with how well the place was kept. We will be trying to resolve this in the court room, but I would hate for others to have the experience I’ve had..
