Property had many damages and was not even clean before arriving. Owner doesn’t even answer the phone or communicate. The most unprofessional business owner I have ever met and that explains why he doesn’t do well.

Me and my boyfriend have went through this company because we heard great things, however, they have not submitted our tenant's payment for over a month. They are now refusing to take our calls and avoiding communication regarding the matter. I can't believe how unprofessional the whole experience with this company has been. I would not recommend going through this company.

I would never ever recommend Real Property Management to anyone renting in SLC. I lived in a portion of a duplex that was illegal - they had not gotten the proper permits/zoning, so the house was LEGALLY a single family home. I had to get the city involved because of the many issues with the apartment/duplex that were not getting resolved. The laundry room in the basement was not to code. The windows had no screens on them. The windows were not fully sealed from the outdoors and would let cold air inside.
