Reeder Asset Management, LLC reviews
Zoe manages my property in Salt Lake very well. She’s quick to respond and handle anything I throw her way
This was a great place, and I would love to stay again. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we'd ever need, bathroom was bright and clean and stocked well. Outlets were everywhere, so no challenges to plug things in. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and in a great neighborhood that felt perfectly safe. Very walkable to downtown SLC. The host communicated exceptionally well. Price was reasonable.
Amazing views at one of Reeder Assets properties. Loved waking up to the naturescape in the backyard. Check in was smooth and the owner accommodated with an emergency rebooking from another local property. Definitely a wonderful place to relax and spend with family. Ample space for a large family. My toddler loved the sand pit as well!
great stay in Logan! Convenient location, minutes from USU. Cozy, clean and comfy home. Would stay again!
Awesome place to stay and a very quite neighborhood. I even looked out back and saw 8 deer one evening.
I've rented through Reeder Asset Management for 5 years... renter be aware :'(
Nov 2025: Honest review for owners or considering renting. From a renter of 3 years at 2222 S Wellington St in SLC / Sugarhouse. My opinion: DO NOT RENT FROM REEDER. They raised the rent on me every year hoping I would not move. They penny pinched a lot from me and their new rent was higher than other similar properties and they refused to negotiate the higher rent price. So, I left the house SPOTLESS and PERFECT but they are withholding $1700+ of mine for "repairs and damages". If you are a HOMEOWNER looking to use their services I would be careful: Instead of keeping the rent normal, …
My family and I stayed recently at a rental property of Cody’s. It was beautiful! The views, the area, the peaceful mornings. Would highly recommend Cody’s listing if you’re looking for someone communicative and wanting a seamless rental experience.
What a lovely farmhouse! It was very quaint and perfect for our stay in Logan. The house was clean and comfortable. We spent hours at the large dining table playing board games and enjoying the picture windows and peaceful view of the backyard. We had a great time and loved staying at the farmhouse.
We 3 enjoyed our stay, had everything we need, the location is good too.
Diane helped get my apartment up to snuff with a couple heavy duty outlets! Now I can keep my apartment cool for my cat and dog! Thank you!
Run for the hills! Renters and Owners stay away! Previous renter here- My rental management changed to Reeder mid lease and I have had a very unpleasant experience dealing with them. I am honestly not sure where to begin. I have never seen a property management penny pinch so intently. A monthly fee is charged for the portal access (24/7 service that doesn't exist), a service charge each time a payment is made even ACH payments. It was an enormous ordeal to get two roommates exchanges for two new roommates upon the END and START of a new lease, they wanted to charge us an atrocious "lease mod…
We had a fantastic experience renting via Airbnb while staying in Salt Lake City during our cross-country trip. The entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. Cody was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was clean, well-located, and exactly as described. We’d definitely recommend them and would rent/Airbnb through this agency again in a heartbeat!
Diana with the maintenance team has been the most amazing person I have ever worked with. She is personable, caring and kind. She makes sure the issues are taken care of in a very timely manner and always there to help. My experience with her has been beyond wonderful.
Beautiful studio apartment in the Avenues, great experience with the host- Cody was quick to answer any questions I had, and accommodated an extended stay- thank you! Would love to stay again!
Reeder asset management is horrible. If I had talked to anyone in person the entire time I lived in their apartments, maybe my opinion would’ve changed. I had several occurrences where I received an emailed invoice for a repair I had to pay for without explanation and most recently an emailed invoice saying my security deposit doesn’t cover the costs to clean my apartment after we moved out. If they had any understanding of how horrible their apartment was to begin with, they’d realize most the damage/wear had to do with the fact that they hired the cheapest people possible to remodel their ap…
Nothing that hasn’t been said already. Many of these good reviews are fake. They charged me 2,800 and kept my deposit for Basic wear and cleaning fees (we cleaned). They’ll do the same to you. Avoid them. Look at the reviews on websites that they don’t own and you’ll see.
Reeder is charging me $1600 for “minor repairs” and normal cleaning after move out. I have never not received a deposit back, and even more, I’ve never accrued additional charges on top of that. I stayed an entire extra day to clean and left it better than I found it. Reeder can’t seem to fully explain why it’s not expensive, but just say “it is”. It’s terribly morally corrupt to take advantage of tenants like this. I would avoid Reeder at all costs.
Zoe has been great! She’s a property manager and has helped facilitate an expedited move in for me. I’ll circle back and update my review after I get settled into the new place!
Great property, filled with fun books and games. Cody took care of any issues we had, and the bed and pillows were top quality!!
Nothing but a good experience with Reeder. Zoe is also incredible to work with!
Everything was super clean, well stocked kitchen, cozy beds, great location. Living room comfortable to hang out in. View from dining room table is beautiful. Highly recommend.
My contract was up at the end of April. It is now almost halfway through August and I still haven't received my deposit yet. I got a text a week ago saying it was mailed out but may take up to a month. Landlords in Utah are obligated to return the deposit within 30 days of vacating the unit. It has now been 104.
Reeder properties took great care of us! Responsive communication and a lovely, Avenues-based apartment for our summer trip!
This place has access to great parks and downtown! Safe and friendly Neighborhood with a park right across the street.
Reeder did an excellent job of being available for any concerns or questions we had and was always very timely in responding to our maintenance requests. They felt like they cared about our experience as renters. Zoe in particular was very professional and worked to take care of us through the end of our renting experience.
I stayed for 6 days, and it was perfect. The apartment is located in the Avenues, which is quiet and beautiful. The unit is located inside a house with two levels. The unit is on the second floor. I occasionally heard when other people came up the stairs, but other than that, I never heard anyone else. The neighbors are quiet. The unit is exactly like the pictures show. It has everything I needed and it is in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and the downtown area. Cody was very proactive in his communications. I would stay here again.
This was a great 1 bedroom Airbnb nestled in the Avenues of Salt Lake City. It was very quiet and we had some great walks with our dogs around the neighborhood. Cody was an exceptional host and very attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend this place.
Cody was the perfect host! He answered all my questions in a very timely manner and was very easy to reach. He was awesome. The apartment was very nice and very clean. A very easy drive to Family Search Library and eating places. My sister and I really enjoyed our sister time together. We really enjoyed our stay there.
Cody’s place in Utah was so cute and quaint! I had a great time and would recommend this place!
Zoe made sure we had a smooth move and got back to me shockingly fast about all my questions!!! After being here for two months my thoughts have changed. Possibly the most inefficient management company ever. FEEs on FEEs on FEEs. There is no option to pay without a fee and utilities seem to be unmonitored or very poorly monitored as receipts are unable to be reproduced and they just charge what they feel like you used for the month.
Reeder Property are crooks! They will keep your entire deposit, each time you move. They keep weird things from landlords, charge you made up fees for anything they can think of and will barely repair any broken part of your apartment. Our ceiling was leaking, they hired someone to come in and fix it, he left white paint on the floor, they then charged us for that paint. We moved out of one reeder apartment, (cleaned it thoroughly), then into another, which was unclean and damaged, they kept all of our deposits both times.
It's always a pleasure calling whenever I have a problem. I usually speak with Zoe and she is always on top of it! She is kind, respectful, and ensures she is providing great hospitality to her residents.
I had some questions about my lease and when I asked Zoe she was quick to respond! She answered in a way that was easy to understand and wasn’t annoyed when I had a couple more follow up questions. She let me know I could reach out to her anytime. Thanks Zoe!
