Have been working with this team and company for the better part of a decade. I live no where near the property and they do a great a job of managing the property, communicating with me on major issues, and finding high quality tenants. Very pleased working with them and looking forward to continuing a long working relationship with them.

I have been working with Regan and team for over 5 years now. They have always been responsive to any concerns.They are always willing to talk, to answer questions and give advice. They are very knowlegeable with what is going on with the current rental market. They were Great in Helping me get rid of bad renters and finding new ones. Without them I wouldn't have any rentals. Summary: Poor communication, home not in good condition upon move-in, slow maintenance response times, and still dealing with a security deposit dispute. Nearly every issue required multiple emails, calls or escalations to get resolved. Our experience renting through 4 Corners Homes was frustrating from beginning to end. When we moved into the property, the upstairs bathroom had a leak, the flooring peeling up with visible water damage and some type of black growth underneath.
